just now New We got home from a week's vacation and I had turned the air on through an app on my phone. When we got home it was warmer inside than when it first stated. I asked a friend for a recommendation from a friend and he said Northern Air was his go-to people. We made the appointment online at about 7:00 p.m. Sunday night they scheduled to come between 10:00 and 2:00 on Monday morning! Alex our tech let us know when he was on the way with a photo showed up around 11:00 got into the system fixed it as a matter of fact he fixed work that another company had done wrong. Our ac went down in April, and we were happy that we would be able to finance the installation of a new condenser unit at the beginning of May. Then after it worked fine for a couple of months, it stopped working again in August. And apparently that is when their office staff also stopped working, since we haven't been able to get in contact with anyone from then on. So much for our warranties I suppose!! read more

Northern Air installed a new AC Bryant unit @ Forest Spring before I moved in June 16th, 2024. July 18th @ 105 degrees the compressor was working but the AC condenser was not. Northern Air had gone home for the day. I went outside opened the breaker box and found a fuse that had slipped out of the prongs. Ac started working again. Called Northern Air 7-19 asked if they could check on system, earliest appointment 7-23. In between that time during the weekend system would not cool house, Checked everything again the only thing I could do was turn the Ac off. I also accidentally turned off the compressor inside off. July 23, 2024 technician came out, checked system & volunteered to program the thermostat. Boss @ Northern Air spoke with the realtor @ Forest Spring Melinda told her and I no charge for the check up. SEPTEMER 11, 2024 I received a bill for $140.00 dollars. Having A/C unit replaced in our office. Northern Air grossly underestimated installation time. Been without heat for 5 days and counting. The technicians are sloppy and invasive. They will move about the office with music playing from their phone. They will take lunch in your company's break room without permission. We have 3 employees so after 4 technicians sit down to have lunch no room for us. Our office has been a mess ever since they started. When they are working overhead they will drop debris on literally everything. They will mark up the walls. They leave tools and material about as if the office is unoccupied. They will constantly need to borrow your tools and your dumpster. If you choose to have Northern Air perform any work for you, I wish you the best of luck and offer my sincerest condolences. read more

Considering their price and the apparent quality of the installation, we recommend this company. We had our A/C inspected by another company and found that our package unit needed to be replaced after 18 years. We got three quotes and chose this firm and are happy we did. the office is very unorganized, rude and unhelpful - they mainly focus on corporate & service contract customers - staff is turned over all the time. if you are a small job you will be bumped out and lucky if you get service for a few weeks. Northern Air installed the HVAC system at my house in Martis Camp. When the AC stopped working, I wasted 3 weeks trying to schedule an appointment. After multiple calls and texts with Ramiro, he was finally able to inspect the AC units. He said he would follow up and never did, despite my calls and texts. I gave up and called another company who came out to the house right away. They did a thorough inspection and said that the ducting under the house was not properly installed, which may explain why Ramiro ghosted me. read more

The heater would not come on after several tries on a couple of different days, when they finally came out, it clicked right on. They said they couldn't do anything since it came on, were here for about 5 minutes, said it was probably intermittent and charged $105. read more
