Beaver sent a technician to inspect our system, and after that first inspection, we enrolled in their maintenance program. Twice a year, they serviced our heating and air system, took photos, and provided a detailed checklist. Their inspections also gave us a helpful estimate of how long our old system would last. During our most recent inspection, Leo, our Beaver technician, let us know that our system was nearing the end of its life. He offered to have a team member come out to discuss options for updating our existing system or replacing it with a new one. A few days later, Marlon, the Beaver systems specialist, arrived and took the time to explain the available system options, including the pros and cons of each. He also showed us detailed installation photos and explained the expected timeframe. Once we chose the best system for our needs, Marlon contacted Mike, the installation manager, to schedule the appointment. We opted for a new Trane heating and air system, which was installed just a few days later. The installers, Dustin and Adrian, were efficient, respectful of our home, and completed both the indoor and outdoor installation perfectly. Another company that has a heavy presence in the area offered a low cost tune up and left with my machine not working while providing me a quote for a new system. They told me they couldn't fix my issue. This was all done under the idea that I donate a can of food and receive a low cost tuneup. Such a scam. 5 stars for sure! My A/C was shutting off during the heat of the day, perfect timing during a 105 degree heat wave. I called around and landed with Beaver Heating and Air. I left a VM on their answering service (as it was I was calling at 6:30pm and it was after hours). I figured I wasn't going to hear back for a day or two...or in my past experience when calling other local AC shops..NOT AT ALL. Within 10 minutes of me leaving a message, I was called back by a super nice and helpful woman named Sidney. She quickly arranged for a technician to come out the next morning (shockingly considering it was the summer). As scheduled, I was texted before the tech arrived and called when he was out front at exactly 10am (the time I scheduled). The service technician, Bill was super professional, had a happy go lucky personality and very attentive. He spent his time to go over the issues of my aging system (+20 years old), clearly explained the repairs, provided an accurate estimate and made me feel comfortable he knew exactly what he was talking about. As estimated, the price did not change after the repairs which is highly uncommon when dealing with AC repair companies in the past. After talking with Bill regarding my pre-historic AC system he told me that I should start thinking about upgrading to a newer more reliable system due to the age and condition of my system. While standing next to me he called the office and Sidney answered (the same nice woman that called me from the previous day) and quickly scheduled an appointment with me to have the owner come out to do an estimate review for replacing my system. After ending the call with Sidney Bill told me that Sidney is the Owner's "big Boss" haha! If you are in the unfortunate circumstance as I was, you should look no further than Beaver Heating and Air for service and maintenance needs.
