They have a huge selection of Pokémon products, including sets that are almost impossible to find in stores these days. They're also really fair when buying Pokémon cards. My son recently sold part of his collection there and he was very happy with the offer he received. Zach is really great to deal with very honest and he knows his stuff. I don't just come to Arnold's for Pokémon. I've sold scrap gold there before too. I like that they show the live scrap gold price in their website so you know what to expect. They're one of the best family-owned jewelers I've been to. I also want to give a special thank you to Zach for the kindness and patience he showed my autistic daughter when she came in to sell/buy Pokémon cards. He made her feel comfortable and welcome, and that meant so much to us. If you're looking for a good jeweler or a great place for Pokémon, Arnold's is the place to go!

I've been a customer at Laura's Five Star Jewelry since earlier this year, and I can confidently…read moresay they've earned a customer for life. When I first moved to the area, my boyfriend wanted to buy me a special piece of jewelry. We stopped into Laura's because it was close by and open on a Sunday, and I'm so glad we did. The woman helping us (I wish I could remember her name!) immediately picked up on my style based on the jewelry I was already wearing and what I told her I liked. She brought out so many beautiful options that fit my taste perfectly. I fell in love with one ring, but unfortunately it was much too small for the finger I wanted to wear it on. She assured me their jeweler was the best around and could resize it quickly. Sure enough, just two days later it was ready--and absolutely perfect. I wear that ring every single day and still love it as much as the day I got it. Since then, Laura's has become my go-to for everything jewelry. My boyfriend accidentally broke his white gold rope chain, and they repaired it so flawlessly that you would never know it had ever been damaged. Most recently, a couple of the tiny accent diamonds fell out of rings that I wear 24/7. Sam, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a vacation coming up, and he made sure my repairs were prioritized. Not only did everything come back looking absolutely perfect, but the repairs were finished three days earlier than promised. It's rare to find a business that consistently delivers outstanding craftsmanship, honest service, and genuinely cares about its customers. Every experience I've had at Laura's has exceeded my expectations. At this point, I'm a customer for life. Any future jewelry purchases or repairs will be going to Laura's Five Star Jewelry. I trust them completely with my most treasured pieces, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. If you're looking for exceptional service, beautiful jewelry, and skilled repairs, this is the place to go.

After six months of being strung along, we finally received a full refund. While we're relieved to…read morehave our money back, it does not erase what was one of the most frustrating, exhausting, and disappointing customer experiences we have ever had. My fiancé proposed in November, but the original engagement ring was not what he had designed or what we had discussed. The side profile was completely unacceptable and did not reflect the design we had asked for. Instead of acknowledging that the original execution missed the mark, we were told that the only way to achieve the look we wanted was to purchase a larger diamond and start over. Trusting their expertise, we agreed and spent an additional $2,500 on a new diamond, a new setting, and labor. That second diamond became another major issue. We later discovered that the diamond we were sold was asymmetrical. What makes this even more concerning is that the diamond report showed it was from 2024, meaning it had already been sitting in inventory for quite some time. We were rushed through the process of purchasing this stone and were never shown the diamond verification report before making the purchase. Had we been given the opportunity to review the report beforehand, we would have never agreed to that diamond. Instead, we trusted the professionals we were paying to guide us through one of the biggest purchases of our lives. Looking back, the entire situation left us feeling like we were taken advantage of and that we were the ones left carrying the consequences of a decision we did not have all the information to make. The problems continued from there. Because the ring was being rushed to be completed before Christmas, we received the new ring with obvious flaws in the gold that required it to be remade. After that was corrected, we picked it up again only to discover the center stone was loose enough to rattle. We brought it back to be fixed, and when we returned to pick it up again, the stone was still loose. That was the final straw. I was completely dumbfounded that Brian, the jeweler, felt comfortable handing over a ring that still had the exact issue it had supposedly been repaired to fix. After everything we had already experienced, it was impossible to understand how that ring was considered ready to leave the store. At that point, we would have been on the fifth version of this engagement ring. Throughout this entire process, Stephanie, Brian, and other staff members made us feel like our concerns were an inconvenience rather than legitimate issues that deserved accountability. Instead of feeling supported, we repeatedly felt dismissed and spoken down to while trying to resolve problems with a ring we had already invested so much into. After finally receiving our refund, we shared our full experience, documentation, photos, and timeline with multiple highly respected jewelers. Their reactions were shocking. They were completely dumbfounded by the combination of the diamond situation, the lack of transparency around the report, the repeated workmanship issues, and how this entire situation was handled. At the end of the day, we walked away feeling completely taken advantage of. We trusted this business to guide us honestly through an incredibly meaningful purchase, and instead spent six months dealing with stress, disappointment, repeated trips to the store, anxiety over losing the center stone, and a ring that never should have made it through quality control. The refund was the right outcome, but it does not erase the experience. If you are considering making a major jewelry purchase here, please ask for every report and certification before buying, get independent opinions, and make sure you are completely comfortable before moving forward. We wish we had.
