By 9:30, I called them to check on the status of the service. A young man answered and said he would contact the driver and call me back. A few minutes later, he called to inform me that the driver was waiting on a part to fix the pump system on the truck, and the new estimated arrival time would be around 12:30. At 1:23, I still had not heard from the driver, so I called again and went straight to voicemail. I sent a text since the voicemail indicated that texting was an option, but I received no reply. When I called again at 1:30, my calls continued to go to voicemail. I decided to call from my work number, and they answered on the first ring. The young man again stated that the driver had informed him an hour earlier that he was on his way. I asked him to please verify the situation and call me back with an update. He assured me it would only take two minutes. Ten minutes passed, and there was still no callback. My son then called, and, once again, the young man answered immediately. He informed my son that the driver, who is also the owner, was essentially MIA and not answering his phone. By 3:15 PM, both my son's phone and mine, along with my work number, were going straight to voicemail. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company! I am extremely frustrated with the entire situation. They could have easily called me this morning to inform me of the issue and asked to reschedule, but instead, I was left to navigate this on my own.

In a situation like this a plumber can pretty much tell you anything and the bill can go in the thousands quickly in an older house, but Brandon gave us a clean bill of health, and a lot of great info on the state of our new house. Ive had guys tell me i needed to replumb an entire structure, several thousand dollars, when i knew there was no real issue, the point being that an honest plumber is priceless, and theyre getting harder to find, since a lot of companies put them on commission now. (In Georgia, dont know about FL. ) Brandon will be our first call, and I would highly recommend Dependable Plumbing to anyone who asks me.
