I ended up purchasing a Specialized bike, but not from this store. I thought I would still come here and buy accessories and have my bike serviced here, but the employees here don't really care about their customers or customer service. On one occasion I came in to buy shoes, but they didn't carry my size. They told me that I would need to pay for the shoes and if they didn't fit, to bad so sad! How would I know if they would fit, if I can't try them on?!?!? Just take your business elsewhere. There are several stores around they Peninsula that sell and service Specialized bikes!

Super fast, transparent, and professional from start to finish. They also topped off my fluids and filled my tires, which I really appreciated. They walked me through everything and showed me exactly what was going on, which made me feel like I could truly trust their honesty--unlike some other shops that might try to say you definitely need new rotors or extra work done. Straight wheel cycling is top notch. Very knowledgeable and really helped me get bike working right. They'll go the extra mile and really help walk you through what you need to do and how to do it. I have a cadd13 that I wanted to make some modifications to. Before SWC was open, I went to another shop to only get wrong parts and run into more mechanical issues. SWC helped me get my bike working great for my first race of the year. read more

I had two bikes serviced here. Both had shifting issues I had looked at elsewhere that were never corrected, which I lived with for a while. I had repairs/service done on both bikes; they have never shifted this well. I'm pleased with the service and attention to detail I received. I highly recommend this bike shop! read more

I have but a lick of knowledge when it comes to road bikes and fitting so when I found this store online and read their "about us" i was ecstatic to go check it out and ask away any questions I had. They are very helpful in store, when I went in on Thursday they helped me get fitted and we even talked about purchasing a bike. (lovely process made super easy by the team) After choosing a bike this is where my issue unfolds. The bike I selected was unfortunately out of stock, but I was told that as a licensed dealer they could reach out to their supplier and see if the stock number was really out. I was told this process would take a few days and should expect to hear something back the following Monday. Come Monday I receive no follow up and upon calling back was told they were too busy at the moment and would give me another call later in the day. It's now been a week since. I completely understand if the bike is out of stock and it's out of their control to acquire me the model I want but a proper follow up would have been nice. What a shame, was looking very forward to gaining access to the knowledge Gebhard has to offer in the world of cycling.
