After reading the contract it is true it had expired but how unprofessional to have not given me a courtesy reminder prior to the expiration or moving towns. I randomly went to book a wax in September last year and seen the address had changed. I text her to inquire about the move and she responded by confirming the move stating she had just reopened. Unfortunately the vibe of excellent customer service is gone. All the five star reviews from Stockton should be removed as it gives customers a false impression.
