Don't be left out to hang. I had booked an appointment to have my hair and makeup done and two days later an hour and a half before I get a text message cancelling appointment with a recommendation to try another salon. No answer at the other salon. Scrambled around to find someone else to do my hair and makeup. Ended up with a new girl doing my hair and it my hair has never looked so frizzy. In her defense she did have a family emergency but I would think the salon would step up and have someone else cover the appointment instead of leaving you an hour and a half before without any recourse. I have been going to Gloria since I was 14 years old! She is an amazing colorist and has been through many, many shades of blond with me and my long, curly hair. I have sent friends to her over the years who have always been happy with her color/ cuts too. If I could give no stars I would. I went for an ombré bayalage hair color & the stylist I got didn't do it. I showed her a picture & even texted it to her & she instead just gave me streaks. I wasn't happy with it so I asked if we could fix it. So I went back hoping to get what I actually wanted & no she basically just dyed my hair back to its natural color & still made me pay $50 on top of the $150 I paid the first time I went. So I went thru all that to get my hair dyed back to its natural color. I will never go back to this place EVER again. I wish I had gotten my money back & went to another place where they would have done what I asked for. read more

I forgot to take my card with me to my appointment and made another appointment 3 months later. He didn't want to accept it as a form of payment, only because I didn't use it right away after I got it. The gift card had no expiration date on it either. I found this place on Yelp and decided to visit them late last year (like Dec 29). I had been growing out my hair for the past 5 years with the intention of donating it to the children's cancer society once it got past my waist. Well, the time had come for me to cut my hair so I called and scheduled an appointment with a hair stylist by the name of Ruth. She was really down to earth and easy to talk to and made the entire experience just that much easier considering I was feeling nervous about cutting my hair so short (to the chin). We did it!! She helped me tie it into a really tight high pony tail (to preserve it for donation) and snip snip it went. Not only did I accomplish my goal but received the cutest long layered bob haircut due to Ruth's incredible talent and gentle hands. Its been about 4 months now and I'm looking forward to scheduling a follow up soon to have it trimmed and cut again. Shout out to Vicky .she did my first brazilian blowout 3 days ago and i love it. I made an appointment and when I went in got helped right away. She was very friendly and took the time to explain what the brazilian blowout would do for my hair,answered any questions I had, talked about pricing and gave my boyfriend and I time to make a decision. Once I made my decision to get it done she got started right away. She talked to me and got to know me and I felt comfortable with her. Once my hair was done it felt so soft and looked so good. I was very happy with the results. The next day my hair still looked good . I've washed my hair twice since I got the brazilian blowout done and each time i let my hair air dry and it looks amazing. I have been going with Vicky Since I was 17 years old and I am now 32. As a matter I just went to her on Wednesday for a dye and haircut. There are several processes I have gotten done with Vicky. I've also gotten the Brazilian blowout which I recommend to EVERYONE!!! Vicky is amazing guys. Her hands are magical lol no joke! My hair grows so fast when she cuts it. I will be going to her for as long as she is in business. Love her sweet self!One thing I forgot to add to this review which is extremely important is the fact that Vicky will never try to over sale you on products or processes. For example I wanted the Brazilian blow out once again but she asked me to please wait 2-3 months more to let my hair get a little healthier. I spent a lot of time in my pool this summer and all that chlorine must of damaged it a little. 5 stars for Vicky! I was really unsure whether cutting about 7 inches off my hair was a good idea for me, but coming here assured me it was the right stylistic choice! Vicky was a really sweet person, and even though she knew I was a little unsure of getting my hair cut alone she assured me of my choice, and we had a great conversation about college and other little things.
