The devices we purchased were extremely loud -- much louder than expected -- to the point where they could easily be heard from another room. That made them unusable for us. I should have trusted my initial instincts before buying. We went back the next day to ask about returns. I understand and accept the no-return policy -- that part is fine -- but when I tried to speak with the person who originally helped me, the assistant I spoke with was dismissive and rude, which made the experience worse. Overall, between the lack of helpful service and the product disappointment, I wouldn't shop here again.

I slunk around the shop hunched over from a "bad bra" and was asked by Shawnie if there was anything I needed. I asked her if she carried my size and she asked, "Have you been measured lately?". I actually had not been. I stepped into a dressing room that had pink billowing curtains almost floor to ceiling, and Shawnie measured me. It was a very successful trip in. Not only did she find my size but she made me feel empowered and very confident. Shoulders back, stand tall, face forward and my girls in a brand new GORGEOUS bra. Ladies, do not have sticker shock if you have been buying bras at Kohls or Macy's. These are beautiful bras. They are fitted by a professional. The only hiccup is, not the shop's fault. They close at 5:30. Parts of Yountville fold up a tiny bit early.

He called me very quickly and the conversation was so different from the other places I spoke with! Instead of just laying out "here's how it works, here's what you get for this price," etc., he asked a lot about what I was looking for, what I hoped to get out of it, my motivations or inspirations, etc. That personal touch carried throughout the experience. He consistently made an effort to understand what I was looking for--from the planning process to the photo shoot to going through the photos afterward--to make sure that I got exactly what I was hoping for. The photos themselves are absolutely awesome. It's incredible the different looks and feels he creates in a relatively small studio. More importantly, he just has an incredible eye for what is going to look good and how to create looks, moods, etc. I felt super comfortable the whole time, and I think that shows in the final product. Everyone who has seen my pictures has been blown away. He's way more than just a photographer; he's a true artist. Never in a million years had I ever imagined having a giant naked photo of myself on my wall, and yet here we are...and everyone who's seen it has been amazed. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by two enthusiastic women who asked how they could help me. I told them why I needed the dress and what I wanted. They both kindly stopped what they were doing to assist me, offering various options and thoughtfully preparing my dressing room with the chosen items. I've always loved their dressing rooms; they're so spacious and beautifully decorated. The best part is having a fan option. Dressing rooms get so stuffy, so that's really thoughtful. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the item I was seeking, and my limited time prevented me from searching for other items. However, both Gabi and her manager, Nicki, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and want to return in the near future. I really hope they're there next time I shop, they were both awesome. They were both awesome examples of great customer service.
