He wanted a specific vest to go with his suit, but also wanted to be fitted for a jacket and pants. I tried asking the employee about which vest and shirt we actually needed, but he kept saying, "He said he wants a suit, so that's what we're doing." After my fiancé tried some things on, he asked about the vest I had found a picture of. The employee immediately got irritated and slammed the vest down on the counter. We also asked about a specific shirt color, and he said they only had slim-fit shirts and that it clearly wouldn't fit my fiancé. I couldn't believe it! I honestly have no idea what I did to this man other than try to make sure we got what we came in for. We were completely open to getting other stuff too, but after that interaction I told my fiancé absolutely not. I'm all for spending money and getting what we need, but I'm not going to spend it somewhere we're treated like that. We only got the vest.

Super quick turnaround compared to the others I reached out to especially since it was a Saturday. After our initial call, we set a date for me to bring my wedding dress in & she is very flexible when it comes to scheduling so that was a plus since I am located in Modesto. When I arrived for my appointment, she was so sweet & took her time to walk me through all her recommendations and just let me know exactly what she was going to do with my dress. She was transparent about extra labor needed due to my dress being beaded so it would have to be done by hand instead of a sewing machine. She was upfront about the cost as well, she wanted to make sure we were aligned before continuing which I appreciated. I am a sweaty-betty so I brought my own mini-fan to use during my fitting but Karalin saved the day with these neck-fans that I was able to use so I didn't have to hold anything in my hand during my appointment. Talk about prepped for anything! She's great! My appointment was August 21 and she gave me an estimate to have my dress ready by October 1 to give me some time to perfect anything before my October 25 wedding date. So it was an awesome surprise when she reached out to me on August 31 stating that my dress was ready for fitting & pick-up. Talk about underpromising and overdelivering! When I went for my fitting and to pick up my dress, I wanted to record how to bustle my dress & Karalin was so sweet, she literally helped with a 15-min recording to provide a walk-through for those who would help me with my bustle on my wedding day. She didn't have to do that but she didn't hesitate when I asked. Overall, Karalin was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her over and over again to anyone that will listen.
