It seems like they thought of everything at the facility; there are clean bathroom/locker rooms, cubbies for all your things, gear, and even a little bar area with coffee, snacks, and beer/wine for after a lesson or while watching your kiddos learn. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to the indoor lessons that *hopefully* will help me keep up with the fam on mountain. Oh, and my husband felt like the facility will really help him improve his on-mountain technique despite already being a great skier. So, great for everyone between newbie to experience skier. The employees were very helpful in teaching us how to do various tricks. My boyfriend went from never stepping foot on a trampoline to almost doing a backflip within a few hours. Got there Sunday morning, it didn't start getting crowded until the early afternoon. Very nicely kept establishment and easy parking. Fair admission price for a fun day activity.

They both missed a day due to illness so it was a bit disappointing in that respect.

Instead of giving into their frustration about lack of progress and hating messing with their bindings etc, I decided to book some open time at Shredder to work with them directly on the fundamentals. This was a perfect setting where they didn't need to worry about being bundled up, their gloves etc and could instead just focus on walking up the ramp, getting comfy with their bindings and working on leaf turns, heel stops, etc. The staff is very helpful and engaging and would squirt the artificial turf to help them go faster after they started to get better. A small complaint is we wish the ramp were longer as it's harder to combine multiple turns in a single run. This is a great place during spring / summer / fall for a quick review on the basics prior to heading to the slopes. They also offer camps, summer camps, seasonal lessons, etc. We brought our own gear but they have skis snow boards, boots and helmets available.

If you're looking to introduce your little ones to snow sports, Shredder is the ticket. This location in particular is a big space that is dated with a cheerleading gym. Which means there are lots of things to keep kids busy and exhausted before and after class.

When I got to the area he was at with the rest of the group, I asked him to catch me up, and he said just to watch the others. Even after practicing and watching him help others, he still would not help me. I sat to the side, frustrated, and he never checked on me once. I was able to get a refund from the school. The reason I give 3 stars is that this school has very kind instructors who helped me when my fiancé was teaching me. It was not a one-off experience because my friend, who was in the ski lessons with me, was also told to just learn by watching others. If we are paying $150, our instructor should be more hands-on. I saw he was being monitored after my complaint, but he still treated the students the same.

I witnessed someone get first hand customer service while renting skis to skin in for the first time. Additionally I witnessed customer service from the moment we walked in, cross country skied, indulged in bison chili and even after we returned our rentals! It was a fantastic experience. Also they gave a great selection of Nordic gear to rent and buy.
