There's a TV you can watch or you can easily just doze off. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. They stay quite busy, which makes sense considering their quality of service. I showed up for my 10am massage at 9:45am and no one was there. I knocked on the door, because it was locked, no answer. I got back in my car and drove around the building to see if I was the only one there, and sure enough I was. So I parked in the front and waited until 10am. The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20.
