This is the 2nd time I used Stratton Termite & Roofing Solutions. 6 years ago another roofing company told me I needed a new roof, and the cost would be $15,000.00. My neighbor referred me to Stratton Roofing. Frank Martinez came to my house & after inspecting the roof said all it needed was a tune up. That consisted of replacing some cap ridge & sealing other areas around some pipes & flashings. The cost was only $1300.00. 2 days ago I noticed some damage to my kitchen ceiling & called Frank Martinez. He came out the next day. He went on the roof & took several photos to show me. He said the roof is fine except for the cap ridge. He showed me the photos revealing worn cap ridge, a problem near the chimney & 2 vent pipes. The pipes were obsolete & served no purpose. The very next day his crew came to my house & did all the necessary repairs. For $2400.00 they replaced all the cap ridge (over 120 linear feet), fixed the problem near the chimney, removed the obsolete vent pipes where the leak came from, & reroofed that area.
