    My puppy Luna
    Matt M.

Amazing customer service! Fast and efficient. Line wasn't to long the process was straight forward. Had to have my dog Luna spay. Cost was much cheaper than going to the vet hospitals. Charging at a much more expensive bill. Would recommend anyone to get there pets spay on there locations. They have different locations they move to due to it running on a mobile van. Thank you guys again for making Lunas surgery a success! Speedy recovery till she can run all day again

God I wish I read the reviews before I took my baby here. Cheese, my 1 year old cat, was spayed in a truck in Huntington park on Saturday. First of all, there's a line for check-in, at 7:15am, that takes about 30min-an hour. After, they let you know to come back "from 12:30-3:30" and that they'll text me. I live an hour away, so I stayed in the area and hoped I would get a text sooner than later. They texted me at 3:15... after I texted them for an update. When I got there, the lady was super nice but tried to hand me the wrong cat. She quickly fixed it and apologized and explained the healing process and gave me only two pain pills. The tattoo marking is way too wide and open, I can't believe they went in that deep. it's supposed to tell people she's been spayed, not be an open wound. The actual incision site was sutured in a way that made it look like a draw string back- sewn super weird and looked easily rippable. Because of this I was super careful, did everything they said; didn't let her move for 2-3 hours when she got home, watched her relentlessly to make sure she wasn't jumping or climbing, never removed her e-collar, gave her the measly two pills for pain both mornings after, etc. Mind you, I paid over $200 for all of her services. 3 days later, the tattoo and incision spot looked a little strange so I texted the emergency number and they shrugged it off and told me to update them in a couple days. It's now been 3 days and the tattoo site is the worst- red, discharge, still looks new. The incision site looks like it has some discharge too. I texted them and their remedial action was to tell me to come in again TOMORROW at 8:45am sharp at a location an hour and a half away from me. Told me it would only take 5-10 minutes. I decided to go to my vet tomorrow, something I should've done in the first place. I believe I deserve a full refund for them mangling my poor cat and for the extra money I will probably have to put down to fix the mess they made.

Very easy process with a voucher on line for Los Angeles . The whole team is not only super efficient, but also really nice. Plan to wait about 40 min in line at drop off or come super early! Got a $70 free voucher for neutering my cat, I only payed 20$ for vaccin and $25 for microchip!

Fantastic organization and experience. We arrived a few minutes before we were told to - texted the number we were there, we were told to wait until prompted to go in- went to pay $5, had all questions answered, brought cat to mobile, they checked her in, then were instructed with time frame pickup. While the range of time we were told we would be given didn't match what we were told in person, we didn't mind especially after only paying $5. We picked up our Toast with medication (she was heavily sedated) and it was so sad to see how drugged she was - surgery went well. Took her hours to be "normal-ish" and eat. All post-surgery instructions were clear along with medications for pain. Love love loved the experience and I highly recommend.

SPAY-4-LA offers free spay and neuter services for pet owners in LA County, Bell, Carson, Compton, El Monte, and South LA plus low-cost vaccines, microchips, nail trims, and flea control to spayed and neutered pets. COPPS/Pacific Pups Rescue made it possible for my rescue dog to be neutered and given his DHPP booster and deworming treatments for free with SPAY-4-LA! I also got my dog a 3-year rabies shot for $10 and six months supply of Frontline Gold for $80. At a regular vet, this care would've easily cost $350-650+. Spay/neuter: appointment only. Call 1-888-SPAY-4-LA or visit http://www.1888spay4la.org. Vaccine clinics: SPAY-4-LA has two walk-in mobile clinics that hold clinic hours at different animal shelters in LA. Visit website for clinic schedule. Day-of process: arrived 7am for 7:15am neuter appointment. 5-10 folks with dogs and cats already present. Staff was friendly and well-practiced. Registration and intake took ~1 hour. Picked up dog at 12:15pm and was given medical records and guidelines for post-operation recovery.

I took my cat to their mobile services years ago(maybe 12 years ago) to get neutered and was very happy with everything...took another cat of mine to another veterinarian place to get neutered and he came back with a respiratory infection...so I feel like Spay4La might be better in general. I brought my kitten Zora to them this morning, and felt like Spay4la was very organized, clean, kind and efficient. There was about 12 other people in line with me at 7am. The check in process was about an hour and I'm picking her up at 12 noon. The cost for her spay is $5, I don't think they take credit cards or apple pay etc...so have cash ready. Also, I had to call to make the appointment via phone as the form I filled out online did not get me a call back in the 24-48 hours(or even a week). I recommend just calling and making the appointment by phone as the online form didn't seem to be very efficient. They do not provide "post op" Elizabethan cones or pain medication, so you might want to invest in a cone off of Amazon and maybe get some pet pain otc meds as well ahead of time.

On Sunday, April 30th my 8 month old dachshund got neutered. It was a little interesting the process to set up the appointment. You had to call and leave a voicemail, then they text you and email addresses, which you set up the appointment through email. But then after all that, it was breeze. They emailed all the paperwork I needed to fill out. The week of they send you a form to fill it, it's best if you print it and have it ready to make the check in process faster the day of. It cost $27 for neuter and microchip. I don't live super close by so I'm glad I did it on a Sunday so traffic wasn't too bad on the 110. My dog was drowsy, but was completely back to normal the next day. The location was off Lacy St, not sure why this says BH. I would also recommend to line up on the ramp more towards the right side and not the ramp closest to the animal shelter. Thanks for taking care of my pup!

We put the gauze on her cut since she likes to lay on the floor.

I took my German Shepard mix puppy to get spayed and it's been about a week. My experience went like this. We arrived about 7 o'clock and got called in around 7:25. The people who took down our information were nice and they told us to go retrieve our dog and line up next to the mobile truck. I was met by another lady who asked me to take our dog wrapped in a blanket/ towel. She took our dog and told me to wait. I heard my dog cry from outside once the lady gave her a shot but I figured that was normal. She came back outside and told us that if we baby our 5 month old dog. Which I didn't know why I was being asked this and how it was relevant to her surgery. She answered for me and said she knows that I baby her because she cried when she got her shot. ????? Which my dog has only cried one other time when she was microchipped. She then tries to tell me if my dog cries after surgery it's my fault because I baby her ? Even though dogs whine after surgery due to anesthesia. So a few hours pass and we get the message to retrieve our dog. When we go to pick her up the same lady tells me the same thing. That my dog whining is my fault because I baby her. When we got home she was pretty out of it. It wasn't until we unwrapped her so she could use the restroom we noticed the botched shaving job they did to our dog. Also she only randomly whined the first night but after the next day she was fine.

Dried blood on his chest/ neck from the e-collar

They were great! My dog was fine the next day and had minimal pain. The process was very simple, and it's hundreds less than a vet.

This place is a high volume efficiently run operation. I started coming here based on recommendation from a friend of mine saying that it was easier then going to the Center for testing. James has been my provider until recently where he has now moved on to working part time. I've seen Daniel, Victor, Luz, and one other I'm blanking on in the moment. They all have been exceptional. I even recently had to drive out to the location near South Central on Broadway and I found the crew there to be top notch. As an RN I offer an analysis of why this facility is good. Your results for testing are processed in their in house lab which takes way less time than going to your PCP and having things sent to Quest. If you are experiencing symptoms this could mean faster treatment and less time in pain. The turn around time for Quest or Cedars Main Lab is sadly 4 days to a week Although all my clinicians have been excellent James and Victor stand out. They are thorough with their assessments and take time to talk to you as a patient. They are both knowledgable. I haven't experienced the Sunset Office yet, my friends who use it say they receive excellent care.

Was sent to the back of the line to wait again. Second intern seemed uncomfortable and awkward in our sessions, and did not take responsibility for and took weeks to set me up on their portal - meanwhile our GoogleMeets were not HIIPA complaint and I could not pay for weeks of sessions on a secure payment site. This intern was a "seasoned" therapist (as per the director) but seemed to not have a sense of sophistication with regard to Jungian concepts and I had to explain things to her, so I was paying to teach her. She also yawned during our sessions without covering her mouth, and once cut off our session without care during a very vulnerable moment for me, seemingly having lost track of time, needing to rush off to her next client. The director, Lynn Easley, took no responsibility or accountability for the way i had been treated over the five months or the way this had managed, and proceeded to suggest that the problems were mine, in a gaslighting kind of way, with zero consciousness of her lack of reflection or care. Shockingly unprofessional, lacking in empathy, lacking in customer service, lacking in accountability, lacking in promptness. Indeed, the problem is mine and it is with this organization. I had wonderful and generous responses from the Jungian center in San Francisco and through referrals I was matched with a gifted therapist within three business days of reaching out to them. Obviously targeted at Jungian analysts (which I am not), the speakers are learned, accomplished and doubtless engrossed with the subject matter. Also the $40 admission is a bit steep for lay people that are not writing off the fee on their taxes as research/education.
