Due to negligence of this valet company, I had a pair of $300 sunglasses stolen out of the veheicle I valeted. Sean, the valet on duty, mentioned the service ended at 2pm and he would bring our keys to us on the patio of Gratitude Café. Arriving to the car the first thing that caught my eye was my driver side and passenger side windows were half way down. Obviously there are many concerns to this as we all have items that live in the car, such as proof of insurance and registration that our information is on. I immediately called the owner Tim Earlywine and explained what happened and that I should not be responsible for someone else's lack of responsibility and negligence. At first he agreed, text messaged me agreeing to compensation, then called back later to tell me to take it up with the police and retracted what he had said. Sean had denied rolling the windows down and stated that he rolled them all the way up. Which was not true because they were already rolled up. I have a witness as well. After having to chase the owner down, Tim Earlywine, our final conversation was disturbing. Instead of attempting to make it right, he put me down, raised his voice and lectured me for keeping a pair of $300 sunglasses in the car in plain view. His lack of professionalism and customer service, has made me weary to even return to the businesses where his valet business is. This situation could have easily be remedied. A simple conversation with the valet emploeees with a reminder of safety protocols, and compensation for the Sunglasses that were stolen out of my car due to the windows being open. Anytime you valet, you risk the chance that items could be stolen, but that is with the stipulation the valet has done their job with professionalism and accuracy. Clearly putting two windows of a car half way down is the responsibility of the worker on duty and not mine since I made sure the windows were up and assured myself the car was secure and locked. So in a situation like this, if items were stolen because of negligence as opposed to someone independently breaking in, the responsibility falls upon the employee. This wouldn't be as big of a deal, but the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. He did nothing to "ensure good public relations, safety, starting from the customers" as he stated in his website bio. read more

December 2021 we hired and paid In full by check $500 to Tom EARLYWINE owner of Streamline Valet Services Laguna beach California. Our party was scheduled for January 2022. Due to the outbreak of Covid again, we postponed the party to a later date. We rescheduled the party for June 2022 and Tim re-sent us a new contract to sign along with a new invoice for $500. Since we had proof and had already paid him in full for his service, we had in hand (and sent him a copy of the check with his endorsement) our processed check from the bank with his endorsement on the back of the original check. Tim was not satisfied with that stating his deposit never reached his account and would not accept the fact that we already paid him. He got very agitated with us and so we decided to cancel his service and hire another valet service for our event. We do not recommend streamline valet services. He still has our $500 and has not offered to refund it to us. Poor form! read more

Omg I just experienced the best valet service ever. Mike helped me at Tustin district in front of blue water grille. We did some shopping for a few hours. Mike helped us on the way in with all of our strollers. Mike addressed us by name on the way out and mentioned that our cars tire was flat. He had said he wanted to change it before we came out but worried that might not be okay with us. We wanted to call AAA but Mike insisted he do it for us. I was referred to Streamline Valet by a friend to use them for a private party I was hosting. Tim Earlywine (the owner) was a pleasure to work with, his friendly, energetic personality was a breath of fresh air. He was able to work well with our residential parking rules and space very creatively. With out my guests having to wait long to get their cars.
