My texts to him after I met "Muhammad" (aka Mike). They weren't even started and already issues.

If this is the Best OC Valet - then someone better disrupt the market because this was the worst experience EVER. From the get go they were shady and creates stress for me. MIKE MUHAMMAD SAKIANI IS A DISHONEST SCAMMER AND NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH HIM I contacted the owner Mike Sakiani August 7th inquiring about valet service for my sister's engagement party. I explained that my mom's community does not allow cars parked in the neighborhood so I was also planning to rent parking in the Newport Dunes. On August 19th we connected briefly and he told me he planned to drive around the area and scout the parking situation. I reminded him I was planning to use the Newport Dunes. Tuesday, August 23rd, I again spoke with Mike and he told me he scouted the area Sunday and he planned to park on the street (Bayside Drive), I asked him if he was positive there was enough parking and he said yes. Again, I asked if I should do the Newport dunes and instead only hire 2 valet attendants. Mike said no, the dunes was not necessary and that instead I should hire the 3rd valet attendant to shuttle the other 2. I trust he had a plan - since it's his job and did his suggestion. I was emphatic about the parking situation, but said if hiring the third to shuttle the others, as an alternative to paying $15/car for the dunes then I'll just keep all 3 on the clock for 3 hours. I said great that saves me $300. We got off the phone and within 15 mins I forwarded it to my younger sister who was splitting costs with me as a gift to our older sister, and explained EXACTLY what Mike said by phone: My sister texted: Where are they parking? My response: On the street, we have the third attendant who will be driving the other Attendance. Mike has it all figured out, he told me this is a better option. MIKE HAD IT ALL FIGURED OUT. Yes, he was planning to do a rug pull and fuck up our older sisters engagement party Today, as soon as I arrived to my sisters party I walked up to the valet and introduced myself. Immediately I asked how do pay the invoice, and the attendant said it was his first day and he did not know. Before I could even go in he said there's no where to park - I immediately said, "that's not my problem, I hired you to figure out this problem". I asked where Mike was and they pointed to the back. I walked in that direction and met with two other men. I asked the older gentleman who he was and he said Muhammad. When I asked where Mike was he said "I don't know"... spoiler alert: 2 hours later I found out Muhammad was being dishonest as HE WAS MIKE! I called Mike and he did not answer so I texted him (see picture). When "Muhammad" was out of site, "Mike" answered my continuous phone calls. He played it off like he was remote and starts telling me that I need a shuttle and that's extra - I reminded him that the 3rd attendant was the shuttle. He said don't worry, they will figure it out. My fiancé spent 90 minutes doing their job, moving cars, making sure the cars were safe, even tried finding parking. Tow trucks were coming and they were complaining there was nowhere to park. I reminded him I had offered to rent the dunes, but he said no - he had the audacity to tell me I should call them now and see! Mind you, I hired them so no one would stress about parking. In this moment, I was pissed and "Muhammad" told me he doesn't answer to me. I said Your being paid to so right now you do. His response, no one's paid me. I said and who's paying you? His response: Ashlee - I AM ASHLEE I YELLED! Where's Mike I asked, and that's when he told me he was Mike. I was floored I was furious. The FIRST thing I tried to do when I arrived was pay them and this man lied saying he didn't know where Mike was... but HE WAS MIKE! At that moment I didn't want to deal with them. How shady - first this guy tells me I don't need to rent the Newport Dunes lot, then he says I need to pay extra for a shuttle, and then he lies about who he is!! It doesn't end there, before I left I finally approached him to pay. The agreed invoice was $630. When I asked what payment method he said anything. I was about to Venmo him $630 and he said no it's more because the shuttle... he calculated $840 - I laid everything above out for him and he kept pushing. I begrudgingly paid $700 and decided I will instead write an honest review for this shady company so no one else ever has to deal with this stress. Mike was clearly disappointed that I didn't pay him the $840 - he figured the money I saved from the dunes should go in his pocket. SCAMMER! You should NEVER pay to be inconvenienced and when a company messes up, they should eat the cost of making things right. So Mike, enjoy that extra $70 - it will likely be the last payment your company makes.

This company is pure class!! Amazing guys, beyond professional.

They have plenty of seating with a mix of bar, indoors and outdoors and it was very spacious and the servers were so kind(: From our server, host and other servers passing by would casually check up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our server Peter was so kind and friendly and made our whole experience by making sure we were comfortable by bringing us a heater, water and anything else we needed. Fries were crispy and delicious and i appreciate the various dipping sauces - ranch, garlic aioli, & ketchup. The pizza was wood fired and the crust was so wonderfully charred and fluffy at the same time. The tiramisu was just perfect, but please note that they have a seasonal menu so they will rotate these items out. Will definitely be back before this dessert is gone!

Food: 5 Service: 0…read more Our reservation was at 6:00 PM. We got seated at 6:45... after watching multiple walk-ins, including a large party that arrived AFTER us, get seated first. Like what I asked the waitress what was going on and got the classic, "A bunch of tables are clearing up." Apparently they were clearing up in a different restaurant because we kept waiting. Party of 4. Two waters arrived. The other two? About an hour later. At one point the waiter came and asked again if the other two people wanted some... sir, they've been thirsty since 6:00. Appetizers arrived after the main meal. Also when we placed outlet order we also ordered a Coke. It arrived with the check. At that point, I wasn't sure if it was a beverage or a parting gift. All that said -- the food was good! Go when the doors open.

My husband and I came on a Friday night with our kids to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary…read more The servers and greeting staff were very friendly and helpful! They accommodated our baby and toddler with grace and had kid friendly coloring papers with crayons. The ambience was honestly a mix of business casual and elevated family dining. It was perfect for us as it wasn't overly formal but elevated and family friendly enough for our special occasion! It's an interesting mix though because the restaurant is next to or attached to a saloon so you do see many guests dressed in cowboy/cowgirl attire (denim bottoms/tops with leather cowboy boots) as well! Finally, the food itself was quite delicious! Our toddler loved her cheesy cavatappi (which seems to be made in house fresh) and devoured most of it immediately. She also loved her chocolate sundae of course. The asparagus was seasoned and roasted well which we finished completely. The creamed spinach was honestly more like a cheesy cream spinach since there was a thick layer of cheese laid on top. Needless to say, it was very good too. The pommes frites (fancy for French fries), were very crispy and the accompanying sauce, which tasted like a horseradish aioli, was perfect. The steak was done medium rare and was also very delicious per hubby. It was crispy on the edges and tender and juicy towards the inside. Desserts were the star of the show after we had finished our main meals. I got a hazelnut crunch bar (hazelnut chocolate mousse topped with caramelized hazelnuts, whipped cream, chocolate balls, caramel sauce and a side of vanilla ice cream) and my husband got the Milky Way bar (chocolate mousse bar with pieces of caramel and nougat ~ chef's version of a deconstructed Milky Way Bar). Both desserts were absolutely scrumptious and also beautiful in presentation as seen in the photos above. The hazelnut chocolate mousse was creamy and absolutely lovely paired with a hazelnut cookie base. Overall I'd give this place 4.5 stars and highly recommend as a place for elevated family dinners or simply a place to celebrate something special.

Disappointing meal for the price…read more Ok so to start, we have a reservation and show up at 7 (our reservation time). Hostess says take a seat and we'll get to you. We end up having to wait 20 min to get seated. Crazy when it was just a reservation for 2. They didn't offer anything like a complimentary drink to make it better. Next, to the meal. We ordered the 58oz Cowboy Ribeye. I honestly think I could have made a better steak at home. Absolutely no crust in the outside. Not that well seasoned. The meat was good quality but they butchered the execution. Insane a steakhouse could make such a bad steak honestly. Not worth the price. Okay and then there were the sides. The lobster Mac n Cheese was the only reason this wasn't a 1 star meal. That was honestly fantastic. I am a fair critic. Credit where credit is due. If I ever returned, it would be for the lobster mac. But I wouldn't order anything else. The potatoes were pretty good too but nothing crazy. All in all, I will be spending my money at Brea Chop House instead. Way better steak

On my most recent visit, my wife and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon at about 1:30 p.m. (as the lunch rush was coming to an end.) We could see that most of the tables on the outdoor patio were occupied, but we could also see a couple of tables that were available. When we told the hostess that we'd like to eat lunch on the patio, she replied that they were not currently accepting walk-ins to sit on the patio, but would we'd like to sit inside. It seemed a bit strange, but being a beautiful day, we didn't want to sit inside, so we declined and headed out the door to find some place else to enjoy lunch. As we were unlocking our bikes, a young woman who looked like a manager came out and got our attention and introduced herself as Brittany. She said that there was a short wait for an outside table, maybe 5 minutes or so for them to clean it up and get it reset. She said that they did indeed have a couple of reservations outside, but that tables were also opening up. We went back in, waited a couple of minutes, and then sat down for a lovely lunch I think that the hostess was probably just a little confused and used verbage that was slightly incorrect, but we're so thankful that Brittany recognized the situation and came out after us! I had the Seafood Louie Salad (As I almost always do when I come here) and my wife had the Fish and Chips. They were both delightful, as usual. Also, this place has the best sourdough bread anywhere! And one more also, they have fried Ipswich clams, just like the ones I love so much when I visit family back in New Hampshire

Two people got it. Both dry. 2) Two people ordered steak. They both came out wrong. One of them was WAY over cooked. Took way to long to get a replacement. Both those people were eating long after everyone else. 3) For a dish that costs $150 I expect perfection. Instead the King Crab was utter trash. You don't get a full cluster. You get about three legs and even then not the full legs. They cut the legs down the middle BEFORE cooking. I thought this was a seafood restaurant? How on Earth are the chefs there so inept that they would make such a massive error with such an expensive item? When you cut the legs lengthwise THEN cook them the shell curls in on itself. Thus shredding the meat!!!! We didn't have king crab, we ate shredded king crab. 4) No one can make up their mind about parking fees. When we showed up they were not open. The valet wasn't there. We ran into the captain of the Orca Too and he told us we could park in the restaurant parking lot, no problem. After the boat ride one of my guests went to their car and he was accosted by the valet yelling at him that he can't park there. After explaining the situation he was told it would be $15 and the valet took his keys away from him. An employee at the restaurant said it would be $7 to park. As each party left (at different times) we were all charged different things. $7, $10 and $15. What a joke! To spend $400 and to have that many problems on a day that was supposed to be special.....gut wrenching. Apparently the fish and chips are good. So stick with that and stay away from the $150 dishes that they have no business cooking.
