Please beware when you park at USC Medical in LA that PPS Parking valets will steal your personal belongings and Paul Paliska the owner of PPS will do nothing about it. It's a very sad situation when you are dealing with serious health issues thus requiring center of excellence medical help and then a sub contractor to the medical facility takes advantage of you. I tried over and over to resolve this with the owner, provided complete details including a photo of what was stolen and Paul Paliska just continued to make excuses. I had several gift cards and sunglasses stolen by this valet company from inside of my center console and they did absolutely nothing but to say "lock your center console next time!" The owner, Paul, was a complete jerk. No wonder he has terrible employees to match his level of commitment to customer service -ZERO! They said because we did not make the claim on site that they wouldn't do anything - we called within 30 mins of leaving because we didn't check our car the second they gave it back. Huge mistake! If I could give negative stars I would. My family went to a restaurant in South Coast plaza and we dropped off our brand new car.... The car was not even 24hrs off the lot, but there was full trust in this company to do their job. The valet drove our car up with the lights off in the dead of night. We drove off normally. When we got home we found the damage... Our whole back bumper had be scratched. A huge white scrape. We filed a claim with security and they denied the claim with an attitude like we were trying to steal from them? We will be writing a letter to South Coast Plaza to end their partnership with these crooks. At this point we understand we will not receive any compensation-but we advise extreme caution whenever you see this logo. PARK YOUR OWN CAR! By reading past reviews I can see other people have had the exact same thing happen to them. To the company- you are thieves- I genuinely hope you are more professional and honest in the future. I was an Employee of PPS Parking and i've never endured such racism. Long story short I was left outside without any restroom access and was told if I needed to use the restroom while at work use the side of the building. But all other employees Hispanic and Caucasian had keys to the restroom. Let's just say OSHA did not approve and thanks to my lawyer I can afford as many toilets as i want. read more

PPS Parking Valet Drivers crashed my car! I reached out to the owner, Paul Paliska, and he only responded after I emailed him a second time. He made me fill out a claim form with my insurance on there, then told me that he was not responsible and that they wouldn't cover it. Instead, he should have given me his insurance policy and allowed our insurance companies to figure it out. This man was rude off the bat and completely unprofessional. I would not trust him with your vehicles because if his teenager valet drivers accidentally crash your vehicle, he will not give you the proper information or event try make it right. I don't appreciate getting scammed. I arrived at 1PM for my 1:10 appointment at 1245 Wilshire blvd. I thought I had found street parking but someone told me that it was almost street cleaning time, so I tried to enter the parking lot across the street - but they had their entrance blocked. I remembered seeing another entrance around the corner so I went there - turned out there was no place to get a ticket. Immediately, someone came up to me & told me they would let me in if I paid them, so I gave him my card & parked my car. When I got my receipt - I asked him how I go about getting my refund - if I didn't use the entire $15.00 worth. THAT'S when he told me that I had paid for valet parking! I asked the other guy there, Andy for the manager & he gave me Ray's phone number. I called Ray & explained the situation & he was so kind & understanding that he actually offered to Zelle me the remainder of the $6.00 I owed from the $15.00 I paid - from his own bank account!!!! I could NOT let him do that... I am tired of the unscrupulous business owner getting away with everything while their poor employees have to bear the brunt, so I declined the offer. I used their valet service on Mother's Day and they scratched my car. They were extremely busy at Seasons 52 in Costa Mesa. I know they scratched the drivers side because it was so congested and they were in a hurry. I contacted the owner and he told me once you leave the lot, you are out of luck. Used to work at the Deloitte building. The management would steal your tips and not give you breaks on time. Managers name was Guy. There was also a manager named René. There was a class action law suit, and they lost. I got a check for about only $75 because I had not worked for them for very long. read more

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. These guys are JERKS! A valet ran over our key at an event. The valet apologized and asked us to fill out a claim form and they would replace the broken key. We called the number on the form to alert them of the mishap. The next day we faxed it to Steven Paliska the President of Pps parking and never heard back. We also emailed him and never received a response. Then we called Paul Paliska the V.P. twice over the week. We never got a live voice only voice mail when we call. Future Restaurants and Potential Customers Beware! If you want headaches and unsatisfied clients then PPS is for you! On 9.29.15 at Andrei's in Irvine the PPS valet attendant backed my car into a light pole or fire hydrant. The PPS Parking manager on duty informed me of the damage and gave me a claim form admitting responsibility that evening. He also informed me the employee was fired that night. After several (5) attempts of contacting the claims department I receive a call from the Owner Steve asking me to get 2 quotes for them to pay. I spent 5 hours getting the quotes. Steve asked me to go to his local body shop instead of dealing with a third party (non-biased) body shop to repair the damage. I declined the offer but he insisted I 'think about it over the weekend'. I called after 'the weekend' and never received a call back from Steve. 7 Days later I try again and Steve says he will not pay the quoted damage even after receiving the 2 quotes that he asked for and after receiving a copy of the claim form from his employee claiming responsibility. He then asked me to deal with my Insurance Co or my Attorney. I wish I could give negative stars for the lack of responsibility, waste of time, zero integrity and willfully misleading customers, but I am only able to give 1 star. The BBB will receive similar reviews, but I'm not sure how an upstanding and excellent restaurant like Andrei's can work with such a low level, second rate vendor that not only wastes customers time but refuses to accept responsibility for their actions. read more

Paul is a mighty good car parker, but he can hire some less lazy guys, they were a tad slow returning cars but all in all, I would definitely refer them to my friends and family. I worked for this company a total of two weeks. I was given my share of tips, and was sent on my way, being told that I would be called back to work & receive my paycheck. Not only did they never call me back to work, they skipped out on paying me. I mean, if my job performance was subpar, I understand by all means.. cut me loose. Long story short. used this service christmas eve ,came out of dinner and was missing my custom hub covers on my 110k vehicle. they wrote a claim form up for me and said someone would contact me in 2-5 days,nothing in 3 days short of a month. i have called and left messages everyday for the last 2 weeks and still no response. Becareful working for PPS VALET service - my Stepson worked 1 event Dec 2015 and had nothing but a hassle to get paid $80.00. He filled out all is paperwork, filled out time card and they claim they didn't, have it... Hmmm they would not send a check - he informed they he goes to school at ASU. We had to go to the office and request the $, when we arrived the placed reek like pot, hmm not sure if I want them parking my cars. They finally paid us cash but said they needed to subtracted out the taxes. I didn't want to give them even 1 star :( read more
