The pricing is outrageous and seems to climb every few months without any actual improvement in service quality. It feels like a total rip-off to pay top-tier rates for service that is bottom-tier in reliability. Every time I call, I get the same scripted 'restart your modem' advice that does nothing. If you have any other option in your area, take it. This service is a headache I wouldn't wish on anyone.
