They custom manufacture everything locally, so I had to wait about 6 weeks till they could install (apparently a lot of other folks before me in similar circumstances, so could not be fast tracked any sooner). Once they completed all the window & door screens, they confirmed the installation dates and scheduled our start time. Installation was smooth. The crew was very tidy and handled their business like pros. I was pleased with the fit and finish of the final product and do not regret my purchase. The screens do not hinder my view from the inside and the frames do not ruin the aesthetics of the house. Door hardware works very well and seems sturdy. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks.
