Had my windows tinted here and they did a really good job and finished an hour earlier than scheduled. But the next day i noticed that the rear view mirror sensor on my jeep stopped working out of nowhere so i came back 30 mins before their closing time and spoke to eddie about my concerns.. he was busy working on another customer's car but that ddnt stopped him from helping me address my concerns first more than anything even tho they're closing in less than 3o mins. I told him what was going on and we did a thorough inspection of the rear view mirror sensor and found out that a part of the tint material slipped underneath the sensor blocking it so my jeep's mirror dimmer could not work ( i had a sun strip installed on my front windshield so yea ). Eddie took care of it and got my sensor working back to normal again! Saved me the hassle of dealing with dealer warranties. Thanks again Eddie! read more

This place was crap. I had to come back 2 more times for my windows to get redone. The first time I came in the day after I purchased my new car because I desperately wanted my windows tinted. Bad idea. After about 2 weeks I noticed bubbles on all my windows! Took it back and Eddie said he would strip it off and redo it. Ok. Then after just a few days I noticed more bubbles on my tint but what's worse is there were scratches on the back window inside the tint which obviously got there when he was putting it on. I called him right away and no answer. Called a few more times, no answer. (By the way, his voicemail box has been full since last year which clearly means he never checks them). Texted him a detailed message with a picture of the scratch on my car, no answer. I even emailed him, still no response. I ended up having to show up AGAIN at the new location just to see what his deal was. When I pulled up, there he was on his phone acting like he didn't see me. When I told him I was trying to contact him he acted like he didn't even hear me. He looked at my windows and said "well it's not going to be 100% perfect.." Um, but isn't that YOUR JOB to make sure the job is done perfectly? Guess not. He offered to give me a refund but I told him to just redo it which he did and it's finally looking the way it should've looked the first time I got them done. Clearly, the person who runs this business has no clue what the hell he's doing. You can't even get in touch with the guy which right away shows bad signs of business. I definitely do not recommend this place. Don't let these fake, 5-star reviews fool you. read more

Street Image does amazing work on everything they do! They also make you feel welcome and are very helpful! I took my car in to get tints, and they did a great job on it! My car had tints from a previous shop, and was starting to peel and have issues. Eddie took a look at it and gave me advice, he was sincere and very helpful. Right when I picked up my car from Street Image I could tell the difference and the quality of the tints these guys use! I will definitely be back and no longer going back to the other shop! Got my 2002 Honda civic coupe windows tinted here! LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS GUY! So laid back and friendly and enjoys what he does! I was calling place like crazy to see what was the pricing on the tinting the windows on my car and everywhere I called it was $200+ even the darn flea market! -_- I was so upset because I had just bought my car and I didn't have a lot to spend on little details but I absolutely needed my windows tinted bc duhhh I need my privacy. I looked up this shop on Yelp! and I took a chance back in 2011 and I have coming back every few months with new cars... I absolutely love this place. The first time I went in I went with my boyfriend we got to sit and play video games and after I got bored of watching (10mintues later lol) we started to watch a movie.. Here is an update on Saturday 8/24. I arrived around 10 and showed Eddie there were multiples tiny bubbles on rear windshields. He even redid for me and it ran perfect so far! He even promise for rework if other windows has similar problems in the future. Keeping up your nice work Eddie!!! I am for sure coming back if tints appear more bubbles or fading out.
