One the best cheesesteak's I've ever had! I've eaten my fair share of them to to say. They do it right. All the items they serve are filled with flavor. They only serve be out of their food truck, you can find them at local breweries, and DoorDash. April 2022. Parked outside the Henhouse brewery on Bellvue st. Santa Rosa. Ate the bbq pork with rice and salad and a shrimp spring roll. Pork cut into little shards that were overcooked, sort'a dried out. Sticky white rice completely without flavor. Salad greens are fresh. The white slightly sweet vinegar dressing was tasty. Pair of shrimp spring rolls are big in size. All freshly moist inside. Wrap has a nice rubbery chew, holds the innards securely. Flavor wise, nothing special. A notch above bland. The spring rolls at Lee's Noodle House (Airway Drive, Santa Rosa) blow these away. My lovely spouse said the food doesn't deserve this 3 star rating. I do because what we ordered was not greasy nor over salted. The food is semi-healthy. The folks are nice. If this truck showed up at an event where several trucks were present, I probably would not order from it again. read more

Only been once so far and I had the Philly Cheesesteak. I've heard of it, but when I got to the food truck parked at @henhousebrewing on this day, I had a brief moment of disappointment because I didn't see it on the menu board. The lady in the truck said "we have that" with no elaboration. I didn't get to study the menu, and the merchant wasn't into small talk but lucky for her the food did all the talking. The sandwich was hot and on a roll, not overloaded with bread. The cheese melted into a "sauce" that coated everything evenly, with peppers on the side, letting you control the heat. The meat, was very tender, with zero evidence of grizzle. I would have liked to learn more about some of the other items, as there was no one behind me in line. But, I'll just have to go with trial and error, which shouldn't be hard if that Philly is a benchmark. If I were you, I'd try and figure out what you can about the menu and what people are saying on social media so you have a direction when you arrive. I'll be back. read more
