Beef brisket with macaroni salad and coleslaw.
    Kelly M.

Went to try Camacho's BBQ outside of Henhouse Brewery today. Ordered BBQ brisket plate with Mac salad and my husband had the brisket too but with fries. We also had a side of coleslaw. The brisket was seasoned well and smokey flavor was good. I enjoyed it with the spicy and regular BBQ sauce. It was very tender and pulled apart easily. Macaroni salad was OK. Heavy on the mayo. I'd try the potato salad next time. Fries were good too, well cooked, not soggy. Payment was venmo or cash only, but venmo was easy enough. They were very friendly and food was ready pretty quickly. Overall a good experience and we will be back.

Such tasty, flavorful food. We visited the truck today In front of the Henhouse and Wow!!! Can't get any better, beer and bbq for Fathers Day. Our group had the pulled pork sandwich, El Chappo and the pork-a-dilla. The spicy sauce added more flavor to the meat. The potato salad was a little bland, but that is just the filler. Definitely be back where ever they are to enjoy more.

Camacho's happened to be at HenHouse Brewery when my family stopped in this weekend, and though I've never heard of them before (as I'm based for the most part in Oakland), I was super satisfied by the rib plate. The 4 ribs we got were meaty and juicy, and came with a generous portion of BBQ sauce for dipping or slathering. The mac salad was refreshing and cool while the baked beans were smoky and hot. Everything perfectly complemented the flight of beers we got at HenHouse and on top of that the food was all served to us on an awesome cool cardboard tray that fit everything just right and composts after usage. It was a perfect shared snack with my family and best part is the price point was just right - you honestly can't find this kind of deal in the East Bay or San Francisco. They know their stuff!

Yummy!! I am so happy that this came across my Facebook feed while searching for restaurants/food trucks open during the Shelter In Place. I read past reviews and knew instantly that Camacho's was definitely worth a try and I'm so grateful we did order. I've ordered twice since the SIP has started and I am always looking forward to their next pick up events because I'm most definitely HOOKED. The quality and flavor of the food is phenomenal. The ribs are meaty and fall off the bone. The macaroni salad is delicious and flavorful. The coleslaw has just enough dressing on it so it doesn't overpower the slaw itself. The pinto beans are just classic homemade frijoles de la olla and definitely well made. Check out their Instagram and Facebook page for their upcoming pick up events. You definitely want to try them out. Best BBQ around!

I guess I was too into the bbq to take a pic of it lol

I had the pork ribs with potato salad and macaroni salad, picked up when truck was next to Henhouse Brewery. Delicious ribs with a peppery crust, perfect amount of fat! Not stringy and slid right off the bone without being overcooked. The sides were homemade & light...the whole meal actually felt healthy because of the quality & freshness of the ingredients...I felt nourished and satiated. Excited to get bbq from Mitote Food Park in Roseland this Saturday with my family!

Grabbing a drink at hen house for the big chicken double ipa. Food plus beer = why not?! The brisket was AMAZINGGG!! So tender and juicy *chefs kiss* haha. Ribs had a good flavor in the rub, add some spicy bbq sauce and Mmm Mmm yum! El sancho fries were a little disappointing cause the pulled pork was dry and didnt seem super fresh and it was just drenched in bbq sauce so maybe just ask for sauce on the side. I would go back here and try the chicken and definitely get more brisket!!

Been meaning to stop by this truck for a while for their BBQ, but sometimes food trucks are hard to make it to! I've wanted to check them out at Cooperage (which I've also never visited), but have always had something or another come up during the day. Not today! And I'm so glad I visited. I wanted a nice spread and decided to order the ribs and was going to ask for a side recommendation. I thought the ribs only came with one side, but I was told I had a choice of two. SCORE!! My girlfriend wanted the cactus salad and I was leaving towards either the potato salad or fries, so I went with potato salad and we both got what we were looking for. The cactus salad and potato salad were both good, but the ribs were the main event. I've never had more tender, better cooked ribs in my life. I've even added in a photo of the ribs after I ate them to just show how easily they fell off the bone. Nothing left at all! I'll want to try other options like brisket or BBQ chicken or pulled pork from them, at some point, but props on those ribs. I don't even see how they can be outdone! Can't wait to try out some other stuff!

Headed out to cooperage just to try Camacho's bbq! See what all the rave is about! Hard to decide what to get !! Ribs or brisket or pulled Pork I went with the brisket and they were even so kind to split it! Damn it was good! Worth every calorie I'm taking in right now! The fries are thin and crispy not over salted the bbq brisket is perfect pair! Can't wait to try more

Perfect amount of smoke and spice. Can't wait to go again! They tend to run out quickly so make sure that you get to their events early!

The place was empty beside us but it was nice and quiet. They have a really nice selection of beers on tap and a good variety of food choices. They have tv's playing sports and it feels like a place where you could hang out for hours. On this visit, I tried the "Dream of Jupiter" red ale. It wasn't my favorite. A little too hoppy for my taste, but still a good drink to have with food. For food, we ordered the BBQ Nachos with Tri-tip , and some wings. The wings were pretty good with a sweet chili ginger sauce. We also tried their dry-rubbed wings, which were just okay. The nachos had good flavor, but some of the chips got kind of burnt in the broiler. The tri-tip was also a little underwhelming as it was just a bunch of small pieces that didn't have a lot of flavor. Overall, I still liked the flavor of the nachos, but I would get a side of sour cream or something else to go with it. I still really like this place and hope to come back again.

We got to sit at the chef's table which provided the best views of exporting and some cooking too. All the staff here seem to love their job and everyone is smiling! I love that! The food was pretty great too. The miso guacamole was handmade from fresh avocados right in front of us. I really enjoyed the fried salt and pepper octopus too. Great sauce accompaniment. The two sandwiches we ordered were very interestingly on grilled bao buns which actually held together pretty well. I personally didn't love the pickled veggies but my husband enjoyed them. The pastrami sandwich was great and paired so well with kimchi. His duck sandwich was heavily doused in hoisin but still cooked really well.
