I love everything from the local beers to the Hawaiian BBQ and delicious bone-in and boneless wings! Their Wing Wednesday is the best happy hour in town.

Late night craving for wings. We were greeted immediately as we walked through the doors. They share the same dining space as Hawaiian BBQ grill so I could have best of both menus. We settled on a 20 piece: Original Buffalo, Lemon Pepper and Dragon with side of garlic noodles, Spam Musubi. Size of wings have increased as well as the thickness of the Spam. Wings came out piping hot! Everything is tasty as I remembered. We sat at the bar and chatted with the Manager Victor. What a pleasant fellow. He made our dining experience that much nicer!!

Never dined in but have done take out a few times. They do have a small bar top and plenty of tables inside. They also have a few TVs so could be a chill place to watch the game. Service was friendly. Pretty good wings with a lot of flavor options. Today we got a 20 pack with a side of large fries. We selected garlic noodles for our 20 pack side. With the 20 wing you have the option of picking up to 3 different flavors. I tend to like more of a dry seasoning so the salt and pepper and garlic parm were my favorite. Wings arnt as good or big as wingstop but I would order here again since I love the salt and pepper flavor. The garlic noodles were also good. Maybe a tad too salty but I mixed in some plain quinoa that I had leftover in the fridge and it balanced everything out! I saw a sign they have discounted bone in wings on Wednesday. Overall 4/5 stars

Ordered on DoorDash because they had a buy one get one free deal for boneless wings. It was an amazing deal and I forgot how much I like Fire wings. The best part of it was that the food was not greasy at all and tasted great! It did not hurt my stomach like how Wingstop does. The wings were very tasty. The Dragon flavor wings were veryyyy good. Also, garlic noodles were very flavorful. Service was probably the reason why I will come back again as well. The workers were super kind and helpful. They helped me in a fast manner and were very respectful. It was pretty quiet, but a great ambiance with games playing in the back. I would come here to watch a game or hang out with family.

The last time I came here my garlic noodles were cold and clumpy but the Lemon Pepper Wings were outstanding. The manager who took my order recommended the dry original rub wings, very popular. I liked the extra large TV's on both sides of the wall. While I ate I caught the SF Giants game and watched a little bit of Wheel A Fortune. I really enjoyed the wings, it was greatly appreciated to try something new and different. The manager was so nice after hearing about my last visit he gave me a large cup to help myself to a free soda. Thanks so much, I appreciated that! Customer satisfaction

As a middle age woman, I am definitely not Fire Wing's prime demographic. I probably make up about 5% of their target demo, but I wanna shout out to any of those 5%-ers out there who is the middle aged woman who loves wings. I'm so out of the demo, I came here last night with my husband out of town. When my hubs is out of town, that's when I go to eat the things he'd kinda judge me about. It's not even like he doesn't like wings, but as middle aged people, we pretend we're more sensible than that. But I've been wanting to try Fire Wings since I first laid my eyes on it, and here was my chance to go eat it without feeling judged. It was pouring rain. As a middle aged woman, I can't see that well in the dark in the rain. And yet, I braved the drive to go to Fire Wings. I got in at around 7 PM. I had to look at the whole menu. I'm one of those people - I need to see all that they offer so that I pick the perfect thing. You don't want to miss anything good. I wanted to get the korean wings and the carribean wings, and the mac and cheese. I saw something intriguing on the menu though, "Hawaiian rolls" ....I was also considering sushi for dinner (hubs doesn't like that sushi isn't filling), and so, in my mind, I thought it was some kinda of sushi roll. I asked the cashier what 'Hawaiian rolls" is. She looked at me blankly and said, "It's like.... bread" ....LOL. Oh man, I'm stupid. I explained my thinking, and she's like "yeah... no,.." LOL I put in my order, and I got the blue cheese dressing with my wings, of course. I wanna give this place a whole star just by simply having blue cheese dressing. I am from the East Coast and it's all about the blue cheese with your wings there, but often many places here don't carry it. They usually have ranch and they think that's close enough. NO! It's not close enough! Blue cheese dressing with wings is amazing! It's a must have. Anyhow, my order took some time, honestly. I think almost 10 mins. So that wasn't great, but I was also impatient because I wanted my wings! Anyways, it came eventually and I thought it was pretty good. The Korean wings were quite tasty. It was well breaded and fried and good sauce. The carribean one was okay. The seasoning was pretty good, but not enough on there. If there was just a tad more seasoning, it would likely be better. Luckily, I had my blue cheese dressing and everything tastes good dipped in blue cheese dressing! That blue cheese was the saving grace. The mac and cheese was also okay. It tasted like plastic cafeteria mac and cheese. If they could just put a splash of real cheese on top, it would make it so much better. It did grow on me a little though.. especially when I took it home and had it as a midnight snack. Overall, I had a positive experience even though not everything was great. I'd like to try some of the other flavors. I wonder if the saucy wings are generally the better way to go. I told my husband I went there, and he said he wants to try it now. That's my trick. I go there on my own and tell him it's good, and then he'll go. Get those FOMO juices and they come running. So yeah, Fire Wings marketing and consumer research, don't you forget about us middle age women wings lovers. Our NPS matters too! Anyhow, we'll be back. Peace.

Came in for Happy Hour for the first time and right off the bat, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The guy who took our order was awesome. He recommended a few flavors for us to try and really helped narrow things down. The wings here are way bigger than the ones at Wingstop. I'm a big fan of dry rubs, and honestly all their dry rub options were fire. The original Buffalo was perfect! Nice and buttery with a good little kick, without that strong vinegar taste. We also grabbed a plate of Hawaiian BBQ, and it was delicious! The place was clean, chill vibes, and the prices were pretty reasonable too. I'm definitely coming back to try more flavors. Might have to stop by on game days too!

Food is an easy 10/10. We love the Hawaiian Food everything is fireeee, really good selections. They also have another menu of wings and more to choose from with all types of flavors. Definitely not your typical flavors so that was a plus. We loved everything. Yes, price is a bit on the high end but for the quantity and quality you are getting plus knowing the cost of living in our current days.. I'd say it's reasonable. The restaurant itself still looks new or better yet they just clean and take very good care of it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. You can tell they clean their fountain sodas daily. Not a sign of any rust or grim you'd see at some other establishments unfortunately. Overall a great lunch. Look forward to coming back. Thank you.

You call them upon arrival and they will bring it out to your car which is awesome. Food was ready when we arrived, fantastic! We ordered the 1/2 bucket with umami fries, side of mac n' cheese, and lots of sauces. The meal comes with pickled veggies, slaw, and 4 Hawaiian rolls with nori butter. It's always disappointing to get your order home from anywhere and find a problem, so spoiler alert that impacts the experience for me. I ordered the fries extra crispy and not only did they come soggy as all get out but they also were lacking the umami salt that's supposed to make them special. Everything else was correct but the fries were a disappointment right out the gate. I seasoned them from my spice rack and popped them under the broiler to crisp up. This helped but if they come out of the fryer not crispy the broiler only does so much. Pickled veggies are good. I always love a pickled carrot. The slaw didn't have much flavor I could discern but I added one of the hot sauces on it and it was tasty. The star of the show, the chicken, was ok. I LOVE fried chicken and eat more of it than I probably should, lol. It was VERY crispy almost too crispy (maybe the chicken was cooked well done instead of my fries?). Since it was so crispy this made the chicken dry. Overall, slightly better than meh but not much. Maybe this isn't a meal that translates to go? If we try it again it'll be in person, even though we are literally only 6 miles away so it's not like it traveled far before we got down on it. Glad we tried it out finally but definitely feeling sad it didn't leave me happier for having checked them out. I'd be remiss if I didn't express how sad I am with how disappointing this meal was overall. Fried chicken usually brings me so much joy alas not today. Oh well I guess. I had higher hopes with all the 4 and 5 star reviews. Maybe we got a bad order but this wasn't a good first showing to make me want to come back and try again. So much sadness.

Here are my thoughts, and yes I am getting into the nitty gritty! Sandwiches- first and foremost the cuts of the chicken they are using are really bizarre, it was in multiple pieces really thin and only covered like 60% of the bun. The bun is decent but texturally could be toasted more. Both The Hot Bird isn't spicy and too sweet in my opinion, there's a lot of the sauce and it makes it a little soggy. The wild bird was good but again the odd chicken piece took away from it. We cut them in half and one of the halves literally only had 1 bit of chicken. Fries-what umami? With a name like that I'm expecting you to punch me in the face with that good earthy robust flavor. This tasted like normal slightly chalky fries. Visually it didn't look like it had anything sprinkled on it. The fries come with pineapple ketchup... or so they say. We definitely got gochujang sauce. Again... meh! I love fried chicken sandos, but it was just okay.

Food is served tapas style and honestly, all the dishes sound appetizing. On this visit, we tried a few dishes. I wish I came with a more empty stomach to try more things. We ordered their crispy maitake mushrooms, steamed local black cod, and grilled house-made lamb sausage. Everything was delicious! The crispy maitake mushrooms came with a fish sauce which gave a nice brightening note to eat with fried food. Lemon was also fried with them to help cut any grease, so overall this dish did not feel oily or heavy. The steamed local black cod's ginger scallion oil surprisingly paired very well with the black truffle pesto. It had an earthy flavor profile that was brightened by the ginger. The cod was perfectly cooked and the mushrooms soaked up all of that saucy goodness. I loved this dish! The grilled house-made lamb sausage was Thai inspired and you could definitely taste the spices in the sausage. I actually would've liked more of the tamarind BBQ sauce and basil salad on this dish to help counter the lamb's spiciness a bit, but I enjoyed the dish. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and came out quickly. The restaurant is housed in what looks like a historic house, so it was a very cozy environment. It's been on my list of places to visit for a while, so my wife, her mom, and I took the opportunity to stop in for a Thursday night dinner on our way to San Francisco from Fort Bragg. The inaugural double IPA (aka Imperial IPA) was made by the current co-owner at a different brewery in 1994. Double means it uses double the hops and malts, and the ABV is quite a bit higher. He then created Pliny the Elder (ABV 8.0%) in 2000, recognized as the most famous DIPA. The track continued, with Pliny the Younger in 2005, a triple IPA (using triple the hops and malts with ABV of 10.25%). This version is available once a year in the spring, since it costs so much money and time to make. With so much malt being used, a large amount of time (and hops) is needed to balance. I've had Pliny the Elder in bottles before, and really liked it: I don't like the hoppy 'piney' taste in my beers, but also recognize that not enough will make the beer too sweet (which I've been facing with a lot my island beers lately). Parking is street only, but there was a lot of it, with the metered parking only requiring payment till 6 pm. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and immediately seated at a table near the bar. As expected, it was quite loud, with after work folks having a good time. We got menus, ordered our food, and then decided what to do about flights. The brewery is also known for their Belgian style and thus offers two different flights. It was my first time, and didn't know how much my wife could help, so decided to order the California Sampler (a selection of 12 different West Coast 5 oz. pours of ales and lagers for $15.45) to start: O.V.L. Stout (Old Vic Loyals) - Irish nitro stout - really beginning to love stouts, and this one was good. Velvet Glow - lager - solid. Ending up buying 6 pack to bring home ($12.99) STS Pils - pilsner. Bought a 6-pack for $12.99. Russian River Porter - Blind Pig IPA - West Coast IPA Happy Hops - Juicy IPA Mosaic Stack - West Coast IPA SimCoe 25 - West Coast IPA Citra Flash Mob - West Coast IPA Mind Circus - Hazy IPA DDH Pliny the Elder - really good. bought two cans at $5.99 each. Pliny the Elder - the original Felt pretty good, so decided to order the Belgian Sampler (9 different for $13.63), Surprisingly, I didn't like it nearly as much (my favorite fruit beer during this trip was the Howzit Punch beer). Petite Robert - table beer Little White Lie - Belgian White Robert - saison Perdition - biere de sonoma Damnation - golden strong ale Mortification - quad Supplication - sour brown ale Intinction - barrel aged pilsner Consecration - sour dark ale In terms of the food, it was solid. The 8 pc chicken wings ($17) were good, and the cheesy garlic bread ($10) was filling. I had the meatball sandwich ($16) and upgraded the fries to a spinach salad (+$4): it was tasty, loved the toasted French bread and marinara sauce, with the meatballs being OK (tasted from frozen)...loved the spinach salad with strawberries and blue cheese. We finished off our meal with a Vinnies (co-owner) sundae: good vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and a lot of almond slivers. Payment was at the table, and me being again very pleasantly surprised at how little the flights were (a typical brewpub where they charge $3-$4 per 5 oz, would have cost 4 times as much...though of course I wouldn't have drunk as much either).

We ordered two salads, one large pizza and their pizza bites. The spinach salad was very good with…read morestrawberries, goat cheese, and some nuts. The green salad had a good variety of vegetables also. We got the jalapeño cheese pizza bites, which was good and the large pizza I don't recall what the name of it was, but it was also fairly good The service was a little bit slow. They were quite busy, but it took us over an hour and a half to get our table. While we were waiting my friend and I had to flag down the staff so that we could get a beer while we waited. The room was quite noisy, but the table was comfortable

Her daughter picked the place as a place she thought her mom would like. I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos with Consome that was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The meat was tender and juicy. Excellent flavor and the tortillas were perfectly crisp. Not so hard the roof of your mouth needs Band-aids but so your ears hear a crunch that is sensory pleasing. The staff and especially the Bartender were super rad! Side note is that my gram is 90 yrs old with failing health. She hasn't been able to go out of the house in weeks, but she made it to this and enjoyed all of it. So I thank you for that! And my 49yr old cousin just got out of the hospital after surviving a stroke 2 weeks ago. The Kaiser Santa Rosa ER tried to send him home! So be your own advocate! We had a lot on our hearts. We thank you for allowing us a place to let down our shoulders and exhale, even if just for a short while.

Great little brew pub! This little gem is tucked away a bit, but well worth the visit. Buyer beware :). But, as much as I crave true heat, the real stand out at Fogbelt are their fries. They have THE BEST fries that I have ever had anywhere. They are battered, super crispy, creamy inside... seasoned to perfection... seriously amazing! The crew is always happy to see you, but not overbearing. Water is self serve, which is fine. They have some outdoor seating, which is usually a welcome option in Sonoma County. The parking lot views are nothing special, but a burger and brew in the sun is a special feeling regardless. Fogbelt...Mmmmmmmm
