As one would expect, the service technician (initials F.B.) wasn't on time. Surprisingly (really I…read morewasn't ready), ... he was early. Clearly, this guy has no future as a cable company installer. Dude was early ... and cool ... and only there less than an hour. My windshield was replaced and Auto Glass Services handled all the paperwork (aka headaches) with the insurance company. By the way, windshields are getting a LOT more expensive and HI-TECH, but F.B. handled it like a pro ... which I guess is fitting since it's his job and all. Summary: Friendly ... actually hands-down cool ... quick ... professional ... nothing to complain about ... except dude was early. In no time, I got on with my day with a crack-free new windshield.

I called this business to see if they could help me. They don't do sunroofs, but I explained that I just needed it covered up as I still had almost 2 hours of driving to go in the rain. They understood my dilemma and told me to come in. They broke out the rest of the glass, cleaned it up, and taped down some heavy black plastic. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. That fix has held up beautifully for 2 weeks now. I just want to take a minute to tell everyone how appreciative myself and my family are for Kevin…read more Over the past few years, Kevin has been a HUGE help coming out to our house and replacing the cracked windshields on both of our cars, always showing up on time and completing the work quickly and professionally. Fast forward a few years, we had a loose rubber seal on our front windshield and were concerned about potential water leaks so I gave Kevin a call to see if he could take a look. He responded immediately and we set up some time for him to take a look. Turns out, there was no leak and the fix was purely cosmetic, but he still wanted to perform a full diagnostic just to make sure there wasn't any leaks somewhere else in the car. The good news is that everything was fine and no leaks were detected, which means his windshield fixes from several years ago are still going strong! Best part, when I went to pay Kevin for his time and effort to come to us, he said we owed nothing and that he was just glad to know that he was taking care of his customers no matter what the issue is! That previous shop replaced my windshield, and left some black goop at the top of windshield on the inside, and my headliner was untucked over the windshield. When I moved to Portland I drove 100mi to AAG to replace a windshield. 5 yrs later I lived in Seattle area and drove 300mi to AAG for glass replacement. You can trust this place, they do great work at a fare price, Now I'm back in Wasco. They go 110% to please the customer. They got my car in at 7 before they opened for business with a coffee cup in hand and smiles on his face.

1 star only because I have to.I PROMISE TO GOD it is your worst interest to choose this tow company…read morefor your needs...ESPECIALLY if it's a tow.On October 9th I requested roadside assistance threw my aaa because my 2005 audi a8l quattro was over heating really bad and I needed a tow.I had a friend come meet me and wait with me.The tow truck driver Contacted me and informed me he was on his way.I was watching on the tracker threw my aaa app and watched him turn around and head the opposite direction when he was only 0.4 miles away I contacted him to see what was going on and he said aaa dispatched him and told him he needed to go to Biggs junction for a priority supposively an elderly lady was locked out of her car and needed her medication inside.If true understandable.Two hours later he shows up and him and some girl get out of the tow truck she was clearly intoxicated the driver then states that I don't need to wait for him I can head to destination.An hour and a half after I arrive to destination he shows up at this time I noticed he in fact had two people with him.In the midst of him preparing to get my car off of the ramp I hear the girl in the truck laughing and asking him how she is supposed to get out and he says "climb over the seat" while laughing.The driver begins lowering my car and it popped off of the hook he didn't secure and began smashing down the ramp at full speed because he did not put emergency brake on the guy that was with him had to jump in my vehicle to hit the brakes but not before the speed of my car rolling and the impact of it bottoming out ripped my entire front bumper off of my car.Mind you it's an oem bumper discontinued and behind it are many important features of my car such as distance sensors parking sensor impact breaker bar radiator wiring harness for sun roof etc ..ALL EITHER SNAPPED OR BENT.The owner of the company cane and looked at it with her "personal auto body mechanic" and instantly wanted to focus on prior damage that was done in 2019 caused by a fender bender.Very minoot damage .She must have did a carfax on my car to learn about it because you sure couldn't tell by looking at it plus it was the very first thing she said. I OFFERED TO SHOW HER PICTURES OF MY CAR PRIOR BUT SHE DECLINED TO LOOK AT THEM.long story short the owner seriously has no business running a business she offered me a check for $500 dollars because she claimed she couldn't find a replacement bumper when I declined her offer she suddenly had found one for $238 dollars she said she could order.SERIOUSLY MAKES ME WANT TO PUKE IN MY OWN MOUTH.I sent her before and after pictures and a request for only a portion of the estimate I received to fix and or replace everything damaged due to her driver negligence.$3800 and the estimate I got wS 5326 and she continues to try and go around it.This place is the epidamy of BAD BUSINESS.WRECKLES NEGLIGENT CARELESS AND A STRAIT RIP OFF DO NOT DO IT CALL SOMEONE ELSE

So I came by and they got me a new piece of glass for the cabinet, super quick and pretty cheap. They're located past Sandy off Highway 26. It's a small building with a parking lot. They've got a couple of chairs to sit in and wait and really strong air conditioning. It was a good experience and I definitely consider this business if I ever had a larger glass repair (knock on wood).
