Unfortunately, my opinion completely changed after my 3 year old daughter was inappropriately grabbed on her butt by another child while in Kids Park's care. When I brought my concerns initially to a staff member, they said they would let the manager know , and after poor follow up I called again and spoke to another staff member , and on my 3rd call it was the owner, who told me she had spoken with the staff and that no one had seen anything happen. I trusted that response, even though it left me with unanswered questions. Because I still had concerns, I filed a complaint with Community Care Licensing. I recently learned that my complaint was substantiated and that Kids Park was investigated in connection with another complaint. Learning this made me feel like I had not been given the full picture when I first sought answers. I hope Kids Park takes meaningful steps to improve supervision, communication, and child safety so that no other family has to go through what ours did.

Be careful giving your notice to end services she takes it very personal. I made the mistake of paying full month (as I usually did) then giving her almost three weeks notice to end services with her (for personal reasons) and she refused service for the remainder of the time I had paid and kept my money over $200. She does not handle the situation professionally, does not give copy of signed contract so my advice is make your own copy before turning in original and don't pay full month in advance.
