When I called, a lady by the name of Diana answered, and when I gave her my information, she told me I had to pay $60 for my visit. I didn't understand it because I explain to her that my deductible has been met and that after the assessment they should be billing my insurance company and I should be responsible for only 20%. I even called back my insurance to verify this, but when I called back continued to tell me that it was $60 because that is what she saw in her system. She offered me to speak to a manager which was nice of her, but I was left on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and I'm not calling back. It's a shame because I am ankle surgery and they really close to me. I don't know what's going on with Office staff these days, but they are a reflection of the practice and the fact that a manager left me on hold for 30 minutes is terrible business.

The front desk staff, namely Ms. Nora, is highly competent and polite. She went out of her way to make several calls to get my situation cleared up and expedited my first appointment. My first visit was great. Nicolas conducted an over assessment/evaluation and set up a plan for my treatment. They have a team approach at MNRS and all of the employees pitch in to assist each client. My all time favorite is Nubia, she is amazing. She provides outstanding treatment. Matt the physical therapy assistant has amazing skill in what he does, BUT management is deceitful. I've recently received a nice bill after management confirmed prior to my first session that they were in my Healthcare Network and I only needed to pay a $50 copay. I should've verified this with my insurance, but I thought I could trust them. The best part is they collected $50 per session for a total of 12 sessions and did not tell my insurance that I paid the copay. Additionally, they excluded my payments from the bill they sent me. As for the actual practice it is NOT recommended for the following reasons. First, your first session will be with a physical therapist who isn't a permanent therapist at the location. He was clear that he was just there, because they have no one else. Additionally, the physical therapy schedule he prescribed was not followed. He clearly explained to me what the assistant would be doing with me, but when it came to my actual sessions were basic. 10-15 minutes with the electronic pulse massager, ultra sound, and a 10 minute massage. They charged my insurance $245 on top of my $50 just for that! keep in mind you can buy your own electronic pulse massager for $20 on amazon and an ultra sound machine for not too much more. It's absolutely ridiculous! On my last session I expected to receive a post therapy plan, because the physical therapist at the beginning told me I would receive one. All of that was crap. They did one last massage and told me to just go start running. This place is ONLY interested in taking your money and that of your insurer. DO NOT GO! Since I have received my bill I have called them twice and was told I would receive a call back. Since my insurer didn't pay the ridiculous $245 x 12 sessions, they sent me the bill. Guess what.... They haven't called me back. I've filed a complaint with my insurer and hope this post keeps people away. Go somewhere that will invest in your body and your health. Cici - who is at the front desk was extremely helpful. My experiences have been with Tamara and Elizabeth. Tamara is the perfect person for any physical type of therapy. She is diligent, responsible and professional. Yes, it certainly does hurt when you are going to therapy, but it also hurts prior to surgery and during the healing phase - at any time, not just for therapy. However, after you leave the session, you begin to see the distinct difference in your well-being. Tamara is diligent in what she does - she is the number one pick in my book. As a matter of fact, I am scheduled for the other knee surgery and I will definitely want Tamara ...In addition, after all my insurance allotment is done - I will purchase a package to stay with them.
