While the gym is pretty decent for the most part: lots of machines, spread-out, saunas, lockers, etc...much of the place looked kind of rundown. So many areas were undergoing construction. In the gym AND the locker rooms. It looks like a really nice gym upon first glance, but it's fairly rundown inside. I arrived close to 6, and then close to 7, a worker tapped my shoulder and told me they close at 7. Upon arriving for the first time, this same worker didn't tell me what time the club closed at all. While he did give me a tour of the place and told me about the gym, he forgot to mention the important detail that it closed at 7. Regardless, I still had a pretty good workout. If they could just do some cleanup and renovate a little quicker, I would've given this review 1-2 more stars. But until the fix the fact that this placed looks rundown and beat-up inside, it will stay 3 stars. There is plenty of parking in front of the club which is nice. It's also free. It's attached to Lenox Mall, so plenty of parking. I don't know if I would come back until renovations were complete.

I've been extremely disappointed with my experience at Orangetheory Brookhaven. The workouts…read morethemselves can be good, but the customer service and overall management left a lot to be desired. I had multiple issues with scheduling, cancellations, getting charged incorrectly, and communication. It was very difficult to get a clear resolution from the staff. The studio often felt disorganized. The billing practices and cancellation fees feel excessive, and trying to get a reasonable answer or resolution is an exercise in frustration. Instead of working with members, the staff seems quick to quote policies without showing any understanding or any documentation. Matter in fact, they were too lazy to show me the document I signed when I first onboarded because I came from the Chamblee location. For the price of a membership, I expected so much more. It is far too expensive for the level of service you receive and it simply isn't worth the money. Before you consider signing up with Orangetheory, do your research and look at other health organizations (Burn Boot Camp, Life Time, La Fitness, Club Pilates, etc...). Save your money and spend it somewhere that actually values its members.

The instructor (who seemed to be the owner) was very friendly, and explained everything to the class, as she knew my husband and I were new to yoga. She walked around during the class to help with form and technique, in addition to instructing from the front, and knew everyone by name - even me! I would recommend trying this place out, even if you are new to yoga!

Has some mats for borrowing, and blocks/straps if you need it. Cubbies in the room for purses/shoes. The owner was very sweet and welcoming and taught a perfect Saturday morning class. She gave lots of options for each pose and kept an eye on all of us to make sure no one was hurting themselves or in pain. I'm looking forward to joining other classes soon!

Beyond the incredible workouts, the community at Bach is second to none. It's a supportive and motivating group of people who make coming to class something I look forward to every day. And He has an attitude on the job towards customers who are asking him real questions pertaining to their accounts and guest pass and he's acting as if, the customer should know everything like the back of his head like he's a worker at LA Fitness. With poor air circulation, especially in the free weight area, the gym feels hot and stifling--making you sweat even without much exercise. The complete lack of updates from management shows little concern for member comfort or safety.
