He raved how good Allan was and how he's used him for over a year with amazing results. Dude used words like body transformation. I've only been going to Allan for a few months now, and I'm extremely pleased too. Every training session with him leaves me a little sore a day or two later in the best possible way. Add to that, I am getting stronger. Clothes are fitting better and my wife likes the "stud factor" in my fitness and muscle mass. Of course, I'm eating better food, less of it and not so late--all coached by Allan! The man is worth listening to and every penny. My wife, my friend, and I recommend Allan and give him SIX STARS!

The air conditioning has been out all summer, creating unsafe, inhumane conditions in the gym. Long story short... this gym charged me 2.5 months while the gyms were closed for the pandemic. While traveling for the past 9 months I tried to cancel my membership and was unable to due to proper documentation. I live out of Airbnb's and hotels with no place of permanent residence. I was promised a hold for 3 months which would put me to September 2020 and to be credited the charges to my account for the months of October and November 2020. (My 12 month membership ended September 2020). I just reached out to the gym to cancel and get an update and I am told that my account has been canceled and that I was put into collections this past October 2020. Mind boggling! ?? While asking to speak with upper management, Vince says that he is and there is no one else I can speak with. ... unless he is the owner?? this is just a lie. I'm now in contact with Kingston the collection agency as well. How I owe over $200 is just pure ridiculous- as the company owes me reimbursement/credits. I'd like for this to be taken care of. I absolutely love orange theory!…read more I started out last year in October with Coach Megan. My first class was "hell week" and she was so patient and helped me through that work out and so many after that. I was so nervous as I never lifted weights before but she coached me through it. I started working another job and going back to school for a masters . I thought I was going to have to give it up, but there are so many classes you can attend at all different hours of the day, seven days a week! I work 2 and half jobs, go to school and there are still sessions that accommodate my schedule. It's truly amazing and perfect for busy schedules !!! Next, is coach Kat is phenomenal! She has this inspirational opening each workout that motivates you for the whole work out. She is so encouraging and is also so incredibly helpful. The Coaches: I'm thankful for all of the coaches as well, and they are inspirational and willing to help out at any moment. Kat has incredible personal stories that spread motivation throughout the class, Bree definitely has my favorite music and she really helps me fix my posture while I'm on the weight floor which has been a game-changer, and Torie is super sweet, and always helpful, and wonderful during strength classes. The Community: I really enjoy working out at Pecos! I can't wait to see how I continue to grow over the next few months of daily dedication. Based on that assurance, I agreed. I canceled within 24 hours . However, the refund was refused. I was also not provided a written copy of the contract or cancellation policy at the time of signing. This experience was very disappointing. We were cancelling due to health reasons . John Allen is not trustworthy person . He gives false promise and cheat people by taking their money and start ignoring calls and messages once he got the money . I recommend that anyone considering signing up ask for the full written contract and not rely on verbal assurances. I do not recommend anyone to join this place . We felt misled and disappointed by how this was handled. Please make sure you receive all terms in writing before committing to any payment.
