Met this team at a pop up event, and I liked it so much I booked an appointment. The concept is resistance stretching, and positioning your body for maximum results. I felt like I was in good hands with Kameron as your body is put into different angles, which you cannot achieve on your own. For example, an arched back (with cushion support) and your tehnician supporting one leg while rotating your other leg. It was an amazing back and hip stretch. The massage gun was also a nice tool for relieving tension points. Hikers do you feel me? The space is clean and bright. The entire team and owner are pleasant. They offer a discount for new clients. When I lived in Florida, I started going to StretchLab. It helped me with recovery, posture and joint pain. To be honest, I kind of forgot about them once I moved here. But I never forgot how I felt after a stretch! It might sound weird at first, the idea of assisted stretching. From a flexologist, no less. Drop the skepticism and try it for yourself, I promise you'll feel a difference! I've been going for the last few months and with the help of Kami and Phoenix I'm beginning to feel the results. Prior to going I had on a lot on plate, like a wedding for god's sake. And committing to StretchLab has reduced some stress and encouraged me to think more about my posture more frequently (which is abysmal) and physical health. This location is conveniently located off 38th Ave. next to CycleBar. Appointments are easy to make and they send you plenty of reminders over email and text. You can either sign up for a 25 or 50 minute stretch. I personally see more results in the latter, but obviously it's a more costly treatment. Oh, and don't forget your grip socks! It's a great business model if you ask me. I thoroughly enjoy coming here and relieving the tension in my shoulders and increasing my range of motion. I had the opportunity to check out Stretch Lab for a 15 minutes stretch (sessions are typically 25 or 50 minutes). Jared was super kind and talked through the different things he was going to do. I focused primarily on my hips so he did some stretches and then used the Thera gun. It felt almost like going to a chiropractor. It was enjoyable but when I went to check out the prices for a future session or membership, it wasn't something I could justify paying for. The only thing to keep in mind is that when you show up, it looks like there should be a door off 38th, but you need to go behind the building and enter from the parking lot. read more

I don't even know where to start. I found it on a whim through an instagram ad. My daughter went and was my first review of how amazing it is as she is pregnant. I picked my location, waited a few weeks and then read the reviews of my location and a name kept popping up, JULIETTE. Much to my surprise I got lucky and that's who they put me with for my first $49 introductory appointment. The stretching was so needed and felt so amazing but Juliette was epic. She cares. That's hard to find these days. She loves what she does and is enchanted by the human body. She shared exercises with me, gave me a yoga book recommendation, smiled and was just so kind. I will be going back, I will buy a package because not only is it self care it was with me all week as such a positive experience. After my session and even before Taylor called to find about more about why I was coming as an intake and after checked on me to see how I was feeling, who does that these days? Practically no one. After a knee replacement due to Lyme disease and a rotator cuff repair I was struggling with sciatica and piriformus pain. I went to the stretch lab as I had had previous great results for injuries with accu-pressure treatment and could not find one in Denver. Kate has been amazing. In just a few sessions my pain is 90% better. I have resumed my cardio and weight training but will continue stretchlab for a few months as an adjunct to regaining my total fitness. I have been to Strechlab Lohi now twice. There is no way I could in a million years stretch the way these folks stretch me. Extremely thorough and I leave feeling much better. I did not know, but they have extended hours and are available on Saturdays and Sundays as I work full-time, and appreciate that. Loved my experience at this LoHi location and it's staff. My initial conversations with the owner Marci and flexologist Joseph put me to ease and made me feel like I was in good hands. They answered all my questions and assisted me with my membership. Over the next couple of months, I was setup with flexologist Danielle and also interacted with Sophie for my bookings. Both of them are very professional, polite and just good humans. My sessions were great. It genuinely helped ease the tension in the body and I can feel the difference in my muscles and posture. Talk about unprofessional. They forged my signature to their three month auto renewal contract. Apart from being illegal it's highly unprofessional. When confronted they did refund me and canceled the forged contract. I wouldn't step in their building again. Be careful because they may forge your signature on the contract and blame it on their "new employee". Anyone knows you can't forge someone's signature to a legal document.
