The bathrooms are never clean. Yesterday they were flooded; today they were just plain filthy. Nobody was around cleaning either time. You look up at the vents, and they're packed with dust -- possibly mold. The equipment is often covered in sweat stains, and half the time there's no cleaning spray or paper towels to wipe anything down. For what members pay, that's just unacceptable. Service is hit or miss. Most of the staff are friendly on a good day, but today the front attendant seemed completely uninterested. There's rarely anyone walking the floor making sure things are in order or helping maintain basic gym etiquette. Quality is decent -- there's a lot of equipment, and most of it works -- but it's chaos trying to find what you need. Weights are never where they belong, and no one enforces re-racking. You'll find a 50-pound dumbbell in the 10-pound slot more often than not. That kind of disorganization really kills the experience. Efficiency suffers because of all of the above. Between the crowding, the lack of cleaning supplies, and the "meat market" culture where people are more focused on chatting and flirting than actually working out, it's hard to get in, train, and get out efficiently. Value is average. The monthly fee isn't terrible, but given how dirty and disorganized this gym is, it doesn't feel worth it. South Florida gyms can and should do better -- especially one carrying the UFC name. Overall: -- Could be a five-star gym if it were maintained with the same discipline UFC represents. The management there seems really cool (I can't imagine they would be ok with this) but the last month or so, it's been going down hill. Right now, it's a 1-2 star experience at best.

Last year I hurt my illio-tibial (IT) band badly during a marathon. It's my fault for not incorporating stretches into my workouts so ever since, I have been trying to find new ways to find relief. Pranoga is the second studio I visit this year. I found out about them through a Yelp friend and decided to give it a shot after purchasing the $39 deal for new students, which allows you to attend unlimited classes for 30 days. So far I've found the schedule to be very convenient, the classes are excellent, and the instructors manage to create an awesome flow in the class. Their schedule is available online and you can sign up (or cancel) your classes conveniently. They also offer great packages of all shapes and sizes (you know what I mean $$). The classes are available for every level, but you will definitely be challenged in some ways. For a beginner like me, I feel support from the staff in terms of practicing the art of yoga in a fluid and effective manner.

The physical layout of the studio is very simple and clean. A small waiting room and a spacious, wood floor classroom, beautifully painted and with wonderfully regulated temperature. Their website is easy to navigate and you can see who is teaching what class, the times and go ahead and reserve your spot. The class sizes are small ( I think I have seen 10 people max?), so you get a lot of individualized attention. The instructors, however, are the reason you will want to come back. They are patient, motivating and full of wonderful energy. The classes are challenging, even the beginner ones, but you never feel pressured to do more than you can and they really do a wonderful job with the flow and allowing you to progress at your own pace. I had heard about the wonderful effects of yoga, but experiencing it has really changed my perspective. Physically i feel much better. I can touch my toes, my back aches have decreased and I can do all these cool "instagram worthy" poses. Mentally, these classes have given me a haven from my day to day and allowed me (a type A personality) to step back and give myself some love. Definitely a place to try!

I woke up with a migraine at 4:45 AM on the day of my 4:30 PM class and canceled as soon as I realized I wasn't going to be well enough to attend. Despite explaining that this was an unexpected illness, I was charged a $15 late cancellation fee because I was 15 minutes outside their 12-hour cancellation window. When I reached out, I wasn't asking them to ignore their policy altogether. I was simply asking them to make a reasonable one-time exception for an unforeseen medical situation. Instead, I was told that nothing could be done and was even warned that if I disputed the charge with my credit card company, I could be subject to an additional surcharge. I understand that businesses need cancellation policies, but policies like this don't put their members first. Life is unpredictable, and people get sick or experience emergencies that simply can't be anticipated 12 hours in advance. A company that truly values its members should be willing to exercise reasonable discretion when someone faces a legitimate, unexpected circumstance. As a result of this experience, I've decided to cancel my membership. If you're considering joining this studio, be sure you're comfortable with a policy that prioritizes strict enforcement over compassion and flexibility. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that customer loyalty and member well-being were secondary to the policy itself.

First impression, Super impressed by the gym and the facility and how clean it was. So many different equipment options, couldn't wait to try some new workouts. They accommodate for all people, all shapes , sizes, and gender. They have extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable trainers. The Check in processes needs some work but very happy with how I was greeted and showed around the gym and introduced to the other trainers in the class that evening. They have several TVs hanging around the walls showing you the next workout, if you are ever lost to look up and check the monitor, and if the trainer was around he would demonstrate it for you. To start we did about a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping. (Great thing, can't workout on a cold start) Once the was done we jumped in to our zones. Each zone may vary between 3-4 people and they do about 3-4 rounds with short rest in between. Very normal for a High intensity interval training workout. Their workouts vary everyday and so you target different muscle groups each time. On the particular night I was involved with a heavy cardio day and light weights. I would definitely come back to this location. Reasons why it didn't get 5 Stars 1. No after workout stretch 2. No Showers 3. Music selection
