I literally left my ring on the gym floor today because I took it off due to trying to do pull ups. It was a silver piece I bought in Greece, and I got so nervous that I wouldn't be able to find it. However, when I returned to the gym, someone had already given it to the front desk about it and they had it there waiting for me! I have also literally never felt uncomfortable working out there, and I am a woman that likes to lift weights and sometimes wears more revealing clothing, so ... that's a really good thing. Machines/Workout Review: Also, they have every machine you could dream of. Seriously. Even at 5pm, peak busy times, I can always find the machine I need. MAYBE I have to wait for ONE person, but even if I have to wait, there's usually another machine that works on the same muscle. I have left this gym to do group classes and other stuff because sometimes it's nice to be motivated by a group, but to be completely honest? If you know what you're doing and you're consistent, this place is the best! I also noticed they changed where the personal training section is located, which was a great decision. I now actually use the upper body machines and they were quite useful. I'm glad they're no longer stuffed away in a corner. Negatives: My ONLY complaints are the hours on weekends and space for more unique workouts. I personally feel that 7pm closing is a little too early for the night owls on the weekends! Why are you assuming that I have weekend plans... I have frequently worked out right until closing on Friday and Saturday. Additionally, I am trying to get into calisthenics and I feel like they just don't have a lot of materials to let me do more interesting workouts. I would really appreciate a kicking bag and some additional bars for practicing l-sits and what not. I'm not taking off stars though because I feel like for the price of the gym, it's worth it. It's also not the most social space, but again, people don't really come here to make friends.

They have about 6 full time coaches on staff. Each class has 2 instructors. You do a 5-10 minute warmup, the coaches go over the exercises for the day then you get started! The workouts vary from cardio, strength, or blended. They are about 40 minutes and you get an all over workout. If you're a gym member, which I am as after only 3 weeks on the challenge, I realized how much I love it, they have ~quarterly fun events. Usually it's something to do with beer :) It's a great way to meet new people and have a great time. Please check out this gym. First workout is free. I was not active at all prior to staring at OTF. They still welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable even though I had no clue what I was doing. They offer different levels of workouts depending on your activity levels. I started out on the lower tier and have already worked my way up to being able to run and jog -- I am really seeing a difference. The workouts are pretty intense but it's a take-it-as-you-can style. They never make you overwork yourself or do things your uncomfortable with. I really enjoy the group setting and having the coaches giving direction because it encourages everyone to keep up the pace and to work as hard as they can! It can be a little intimidating but now that I've gotten into a routine here I don't see myself stopping. I'm seeing changes in my stamina and my body already and I'm looking forward to challenging myself even more as time goes on. I recommend coming in and consulting with a coach to get started, they even offer a free class or two if you're new!! No reason not to come give it a try.

I am shocked that this is how they treat a 3+ year customer who provided feedback. All they care about is the money, yet she has a Christian message posted at her studio. Anna, Ryann, Heather Ann are at the top of my list mainly due to the type of classes I do. I could add all the other instructors to my list as well (I don't want to leave anyone out - so I will keep it general). Bella Vida offers a variety of different classes - so it should appeal to a mix of yogis. While Power Yoga is a favorite, I have also enjoyed so many other types of practices (Reggae, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Yin). There are always other events, such as community pot lucks, full moon practices, workshops, etc. and it's a wonderful little community. I am so glad I discovered this place (thanks to Shannon and Ryann) and I look forward to every practice.
