I've loved every class I've taken, and I know I'm getting a good workout as I leave sweaty and breathless and I'm sore the next day. They have classes for every BODY. I've yet to use their other amenities at this facility, but I'm looking forward to using their upgraded gym and sauna area in the near future once my schedule permits. You seriously cannot beat the cost at under $60/month membership and $10 drop in babysitting, or $30/month babysitting for during your workouts (see schedule, as they're only able to offer babysitting during certain times).

I also like that the experience doesn't feel overly rigid or pressured. The structure of the classes keeps things effective, but there's still a relaxed, unstructured feel that lets you focus on your own pace and progress. Based on that information, we chose the Renew Active Healthcare Supplement plan from UHC plan that is now costing us extra money each month. After enrolling, the studio informed us that they actually don't accept Renew Active and said there was nothing they could do. This wasn't a small misunderstanding -- it directly influenced a major financial decision. Businesses make mistakes, but when incorrect information leads a customer to spend more on a health plan, there should be accountability and a reasonable remedy. Unfortunately, we were offered none.

Julia Jonson, Andrew Gurvey, Sally Gill and Anna Ottolino are authentic and have a deep understanding of this ancient practice. I am grateful for the knowledge that I have gained from Julia and Sally's teaching. Their techniques capture the yoga philosophy and presence of movement that calms my mind and I appreciate the positive atmosphere they create. I know as I continue on this path my yoga teaching will keep strengthening my mind, body and self awareness.
