It is still clean, but this gym is in a serious decline in need of some major repairs, including the roof, locker room carpets and pool humidity regulator. The maintenance staff is great, as is the front desk. What is lacking is a dynamic group fitness schedule. The club has very little to offer in the way of group fitness in the evenings. Classes are not innovative, nothing exciting, nothing that makes one want to work harder or better. Nothing ever really changes here, it is the status quo forever. Monthly dues are not cheap. If you are a retiree or stay at home mom, maybe you can take advantage of the daytime classes. If you work days and need night classes, and night meaning past 6pm, you are better off elsewhere.

Sable is an absolute beast! she knows exactly when to challenge you and will have you adding weight if she knows you can handle it (and somehow, she's always right!). Her classes are tough but incredibly motivating, and I always look forward to them. We also recently started taking Katie's class, and she's just as amazing. Her style brings something fresh and challenging, and we really enjoy the variety between her and Sable. I've been attending Candlelight Yin, and Restorative Yin. I have also attended a glorious sound bath, super cool and had no idea how soothing it would be! Since attending in January 2024 I have found the best relief from years of built up tension, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. I wasn't doing well. I tried therapy but it just wasn't what I needed to fully heal. It healed my superficial mind, but my subconscious mind and My BODY was still craving relief. Yoga was what I needed. There was so much internal tension, everything was unbalanced. Now I am calm, have a sense of purpose, im grateful, feel in line with myself. It's been a tremendous benefit to me.
