For some people that works but for others, 100 bucks a month just isn't worth it. I love what they do but I want to go in when I have both the time and money. I've been to StretchLab Pasadena twice. Love it. The two StretchLab Therapists I had were great at what they did. Knowledgable and had recommendations at the end. I felt GREAT after each session and I want to come back for more - it's just very pricey. That being said... parking is free. Which is great. But confusing as a first-timer. I was an expert the second time around, not having a full eco vehicle I went down a level and parked by the CORRECT elevator - instead of one at the opposite end where I had to walk around the corner and down half block to get to StretchLab. Highly recommend: Chelsey and Quyen as both are great Therapists. There's another Stretch place called StretchMed in Glendale. You might want to check them out - they have a stretch machine that is incredible. That being said - really really really look into their pricing plans - it's kinda 'scammy'. I'm following up--again--regarding a refund request I submitted over a week ago and have yet to receive any response. On June 7th, I purchased a stretch session online at the Pasadena location as a surprise for my boyfriend. After receiving the agreement via email, I learned he wasn't interested in attending. I replied to that email within two hours to request a refund. The following day, I received a call from Brian at your Pasadena location informing me that a refund wasn't possible because my boyfriend didn't show up for the 11:00 AM session. I explained that I had already submitted a refund request before the appointment time. Brian then asked me to forward that email, which I promptly did to pasadena@stretchlab.com. I asked him if I should call back to confirm that the email was received, but he said that this wasn't necessary, as someone would follow up shortly. It has now been well over a week, and no one has reached out. This level of disregard is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I followed instructions, responded in a timely manner, and have been more than patient. Please escalate this matter and have someone contact me without further delay. read more

Update review I give my flexologist Kevin four stars I give the location to two stars I give their overall communication one star The Pasadena location has an industrial feel even though it's in an office building. The parking is janky, they should label the level you're supposed to park on. They will tell you a thousand times literally that there's a video about the parking but it is not helpful. They will also tell you a thousand and one times that there is a 12-hour cancellation fee. They mentioned this so much that I almost wanted to cancel. I did not receive the evaluation that is mentioned in their video and reminder text. Kevin was great but he just went right into stretching me. I felt a little better afterwards and I may go to another location but this one is very loud between the music and everybody talking and the weird echoing it's just not a great location. They also do not communicate well in any way shape or form. read more

I have a 16 year chronic hip injury which makes my whole left side not as functional as it should be. I went to physical therapy and it is has plateaued its effectiveness. So now I have to stretch out my muscles to maintain my function. I found this place from a social media ad and I tried it. It is my third month as a member and I have never felt so good! I walk better. I can do more resistance exercises more. I do keep the same flexilogist and he now is an expert on my defective muscles. I also do home exercises that he recommends at home. Overall, I feel they do care about my improvement and does have the intention for me to continue healing. read more

I've been going to Stretch Lab for a couple weeks now, and every time I leave a session with Marlon, I feel so much better. I came in with soreness in my back and hips from rock climbing, and Marlon really took the time to focus on those areas. He's incredibly strong, but also made me feel comfortable and supported the whole time. He was able to pinpoint exactly where I needed deeper stretching in my lower body, and it made a noticeable difference in my pain and mobility. After a 50-minute session, I always walk out feeling looser and more aligned. Two weeks into my membership and It really is nice to have someone stretch you instead of doing it solo, totally worth it. I get the 25 min session weekly with my monthly package which only allows you to choose your bottom half or your top half to stretch. I do wish I could do the full hour but it was out of my budget. I discovered via Facebook ad that StretchLab opened a location in Pasadena, and I was excited to check it out. They weren't fully open yet, but I was able to connect with Bradley who set me up with an initial session during demo event. There was a quick consultation and assessment of needs and goals, and we were off to the races. The staff member who worked with me was extremely professional and communicated well. I was always worried about overstretching or stretching wrong, but the constant reminders to breathe and the constant updates on which part of the body would be worked on was refreshing. In addition, if there are any awkward placement of hands (eg hips) the staff always ask for consent. It was my second time trying out stretching programs, and I have to admit it felt pretty refreshing especially after two years of doing nothing since COVID. I had just finished my duty for the tournament of roses where I was on my feet for nearly 8 hours the last couple days and I wanted to see if this place could help loosen up my lower back. I called the day before and set up an appointment for a 30 minute stretch for about $20. I arrived the next morning and the person who helped me was about 10 minutes late but she was pregnant and very apologetic. So no big deal. I was led back to a table where she asked about my focus areas for the stretch and any injuries. She started the stretch by explaining more about the business and what she is doing during the stretch. She even threw in a light foot massage which was very nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and if I lived closer, I would visit more frequently. Definitely recommend. read more

After trying chiropractic care for over a month without any permanent result for my arm issue, I decided to seek professional stretching and found StretchLab on Google. I spoke to Neelima over the phone to schedule an appointment. She was very pleasant and I loved the fact that she has a background in Thai massage and Trigger Point Massage. Neelima has a great touch; I felt safe and cared for the whole time. I wished the Lab has one less table per row to offer more distance between clients. It got a bit crowded when the whole row is full of clients. The Flexologist was bumping into each other at times because of the stretch position that was needed for their client. read more

I've been struggling with really tight hips and a chronic shoulder injury for over 15 years. I recently had sessions with Nita and Michelle and both were so outstanding! Each flexologist is so different with amazing backgrounds and training and each has their own special way of manipulating my super stubborn tight areas and they each have imparted me with great ideas to continue stretching everyday - especially on the days I'm not at StretchLab. I booked a 50 minute stretch here from Rafael as a new client special. My session was deeply relaxing and helped to loosen my sore and tight muscles. He deepened the stretch and applied firmer pressure when I asked him to. The facility is clean and well-maintained. They valet parking in the underground structure next to the studio. I had a good trainer at the Stretch Lab in Pasadena, but unfortunately, she quit. This facility then kept trying to charge my credit card because they claim that there is a 3-month commitment that I was never informed of. Instead of providing documentation that there is a 3-month commitment, this Pasadena location kept trying to charge my card, which I had locked to stop these unauthorized charges. The minute I unlocked my card, a charge of $15 was made for late payment of an invoice. Don't know what invoice that is. I had moved to the East Coast and will no longer be using this facility. Even if I had not moved, I will never go back to this location managed by unprofessional people. Beware. beware - the priority of this location is getting their money without asking if you're continuing the lessons when your trainer had left. I am disputing this charge - will be interesting to see what excuse Stretch Lab Pasadena will do to stretch their dollar. read more

StretchLab is not responsive to issues/problems At ALL. Once that have your billing information they charge and don't respond to complaints or errors. Period. I completed my 3 month obligation and the manager asked me if I would be adding additional months. I told Anna Maria "No" because it's summer and with vacation schedules I would not make all of the sessions before the period expired. She said fine and acknowledged I would notify when I wanted to resume. The next month there was no charge as expected. then two weeks ago I was changed again. I called to report the mistake and after five additional calls AND a personal visit to the studio - no one has replied to help and the charge has not been removed. The therapists are GREAT. But there is LITERALLY no customer support model in this establishment. Does not exist. Be careful before committing to any plans - there is no support. Don't take my word. Before you commit ask for the customer service number - there isn't one. They will tell you to call the studio for issues. And no one at the studio has the authority or desire to correct any billing issues. read more

I am so thrilled that StretchLab finally opened in Pasadena! I signed up immediately for twice a week stretch sessions. I had never heard of such a place or the term flexologist, but I knew that my old joints and muscles need stretching. My main goal at my age is to remain flexible. I've been three times and am hooked! The place is so airy and clean and has a zen feel. Most important, however, the staff are all so accommodating, knowledgable, and gentle, always asking with each stretch how I'm doing. There is free parking in the back, but be sure to arrive early the first time to figure out how to enter the garage - or call ahead and get directions. Once you know, it's a piece of cake. This was my 3rd visit to StretchLab and 2nd time with Chelsea M. I get a lot of stiffness as a symptom of multiple sclerosis so I was hoping to find ways to loosen my limbs and stretch my legs, hips, etc. Chelsea has been really great at finding the spots that need the most work and what's even better is that she explains how our bodies work, so that what you need to do becomes intuitive. I learn more after one session with her than I ever did in physical therapy. When we are finished, I can feel the major difference in my body. I highly recommend her. AMAZING! The folks are great and the space is open, airy and very welcoming. There's some fun lululemon clothes to look at and the filtered water is delicious (bring your own bottle and fill up!). Over the past 10 days I have called the Pasadena Stretch Lab location multiple times and have left 5 voicemail messages. They don't answer their phones, you're asked to leave a message. I've left my name, number and reason for my call....prospective new client. They haven't had the courtesy to return my call. Apparently bringing in new business is not a part of their business plan. I'm not sure if they've all injured their muscles required to answer the phone/return call and are busy stretching each other out or exactly what the situation/problem is with them. I have to wonder, if they're so rude not to return a call (let alone 5) then what type of service would I get in person. I have found that when a business is this inept in the beginning, things don't get better. Doing business with people who essentially gives me the one-finger salute doesn't work for me. Why would you want to help pay their wages. First impressions are everything and they've certainly left an impression with me. Do business with Stretch Lab Pasadena at your own risk but don't be surprised if you don't hear back from them. Building their business doesn't appear to be a priority. UPDATE: about 30-minutes after posting this review my phone rang.....Stretch Lab.....too little too late. I'd be crazy and prob get madder if I worked with them at this point. After decades of having muscle spasms in my back and seeing 4 physicians, 5 physical therapists, 2 acupuncturists, and 1 massage therapist, having steroid injections and trigger point injections, taking prescription pain killers and topical creams, and using TENS if I have to walk more than a few blocks, I decided to try StretchLab. Rafael A worked miracles. I haven't felt this good in longer than I can remember. Yes I sometimes have to use pain killers and TENS, but it's less frequent. And the pain seems to be less agony and more annoyance. I've done Pilates and Yoga for many years and have not had the flexibility I've achieved in just 3 sessions (though I'm sure the combination helps). Why didn't I do this sooner?
