I was immediately impressed by the customer service I received when I walked in the door. There was no pressure from the front staff regarding buying a monthly package. Thank you. I tried the offer of a 50 minute session with Jessica. We discussed some of my target areas that needed more attention from swimming and she did a fantastic job. I am now seeing her twice a month. Stretching is very important for all types of activities and I have noticed a difference in my swimming strokes since coming to the Lab. I strongly recommend trying it out. I was a client for five months my flexologist was Chazz. She did a superb job in helping me reach my goal. Great atmosphere and Jess is an outstanding manager that sees to every client's needs. I personally focused a majority of "tension" stretching on my legs. Increasing the tension helped reduce pain in my hip, hamstring and inside of my thigh area. I have been using StretchLab in Rancho Bernardo for 6 weeks. I stick with one trainer, Steven, and have had excellent results. He is highly skilled and has a friendly caring personality. Steven has shown me how to get classes on the app so that I can extend my results because of course it's what you put into an activity that moves you forward.
