I LOVE MASSAGES BUT, THIS "STRETCHING" method IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR. I CANNOT DESCRIBE THE LIGHTNESS IT GAVE MY WHOLE BODY AFTERWARDS. .... Do not come to this stretch lab in Rancho Cucamonga.... My story starts on Mother's Day the 11th 2025. I waited approximately two weeks for my appointment for me and my wife. My wife was able to have her full 50 minute stretch experience, but I was left not receiving mine. A Flexologists by the name of Shallamar P. Was there when me and my wife walked in ,shortly after we checked in Shallamar walked out the store and did not return for approximately 25 minutes. I asked the receptionist if that he was person that was supposed to commence my appointment and she said yes, and she does not know why he walked out and hasn't returned. When he did finally return, the receptionist asked if he would give me a 20 minute stretch for free, as I have been waiting for home to return , which he replied no.. I was forced to reschedule for the following day Monday the 12th to have an appointment with a person named Tim. I arrive on the 12th and was told by a different receptionist that Tim was not going to make it this morning and I will have to reschedule again. This is very poor business practices and very unprofessional for the local community. They did offer to give me a free 50minute session. But I cannot trust that they would keep their word and the appointment because after all this back-and-forth taking time out of my busy schedule, I do not think is worth it and will seek out another company. This is very disappointing as I was looking extremely forward to attending stretch lab. I think this branch needs a complete overhaul of their scheduling and management. read more

This place is Magical! Or least that's how I feel after my sessions!! I will explain. I was searching for a massage place sooner than later (due to the job related pain I struggle with in my neck and shoulders ) and stumbled across StretchLab.. I was familiar with the area but the business is slightly tucked in the corner so I didn't notice it initially. It's new, clean and very well maintained. Let me just tell you, it's amazing!!! Long story short, I came in with little expectations and left felling the best I had in years. I can't explain it completely, but after the session as I'm walking to my car, I just feel so light. It's the craziest thing! Never had I gotten that feeling from a massage. The power of stretching is so underrated. And with their guidance gives you the glory! I now have better posture and notice I'm standing /walking straight up again, not hunched over. The tightness and stiff feeling I was searching to workout from a massage, the stretching provided me with the relief I needed and then some! I can't advocate enough for the StretchLab. Put it this way, I make the drive from the High Desert to Rancho to get stretched. Why? Because I know that after each session I am going to feel soooo much better. Seriously! I even gifted several people I know with their 1st session just so they can feel what I feel!! StretchLab are not only in CA. They have other locations throughout the US as well!! As a suggestion I encourage you to explore the difference Flexologists so you can experience what each one brings. Brooklyn, Khalel, and Christian are really great. Just remember to wear appropriate workout clothing that you feel comfortable in while stretching! Lastly, I personally only book the 50 minute stretches because I want my whole body stretched. But, they even offer a 25 minute session if you are short on time or only want to focus on a particular area. The journey is really up to you. I just hope you enjoy it as much as I do! read more

First timer here ‍ I made my appt for Sunday morning at 9am and was set up with Nate. Nate was extremely professional and super knowledgeable (as expected) of the movements and stretches he was doing. He nailed my hip and knee issues and was able to determine it was my tight muscles. I've never had a stretch like this before and I am very pleased with the results. Tim was amazing and engaged in conversation throughout which added an extra layer of comfort. My full body feels relaxed. My mind feels relaxed. I'm feeling like maybe it's even better than a massage overall. I suffer from lower back issues, I have for over 20 years. I know how important stretching my hamstrings and quads is to my back health. Yoga is good, PT is too, but getting stretched is the icing on the cake. Ive been going once a week for just about a year, and my lower back has never felt better. Being able to achieve a deep stretch that benefits your body to the max requires help. We can't get that deep of a stretch on our own. Ive been fortunate to be stretched by Khalel, Sydney and Brooke. They all have their style and strengths, and are ALL good. The environment is warm, and friendly from the moment you walk in to when you leave. It's the best way to spend happy hour too! I've enjoyed my experience at StretchLab. The girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Sydney is my flexologist and she is fabulous. She knows just how far to push to give me a good stretch without causing pain. The stretching has helped with both my sciatica and my balance. When I started at StretchLab I was having trouble going up stairs and going for walks in my hilly neighborhood. I can now get up my stairs with no pain and walking in the neighborhood is much easier. I can also now put my pants on without having to hold on to anything to keep from toppling over. I'm really grateful to Sydney and StretchLab for how much easier I can move. read more

This gives me flexibility because there are options regarding days and times that I can come in. The TEAM, has experience.
