I made an appointment for a truck to come out to a home in Pompano Beach FL to clear out a home after a death in the family. We live in CA and our schedule permitted just one day for this. After checking out the property that morning I realized that there was more than one truck's worth to be hauled away. I called, apologized for the late notice and told the dispatcher of the situation and they said they'd see what they could do. The two reps arrived on time, surveyed the situation...and said they'd better get to work!! They filled it up the first time said they could empty it locally and come right back for the second load. After filling the truck the second time they realized that there was another truckload left. They were aware of our timeline and worked with their dispatcher to arrange to stay and finish our job! These two were literally running in and out of the house with loads of items...they hustled from 11 AM to around 5 PM to accommodate our needs.
