There appeared to be individuals who looked underage drinking, which immediately made me question how seriously IDs are being checked at the door. Whether that's a training issue or a management issue, it's the responsibility of ownership to ensure the law is being followed. The most alarming part of the night was watching what appeared to be a young man choke another young man during an altercation. Instead of seeing immediate action to remove those involved and restore order, the situation appeared to be handled with little urgency. That is unacceptable. When a business serves alcohol, protecting the safety of its customers should be the highest priority. Management sets the tone for an establishment, and based on my experience, there appears to be a lack of accountability and oversight. I left feeling that customer safety was not being taken seriously. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously before someone is seriously injured. Until meaningful changes are made, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a safe and professionally managed place to spend an evening.
