The hostess, a young girl, greeted us in pajamas while eating something, which felt very unprofessional. The "70 minutes" included 5 minutes of changing clothes and about 15 minutes of hair drying, so the actual time lying down was maybe 50 minutes. There was no shoulder or scalp massage at all--it just felt like someone washed our hair for an hour. Definitely not coming back.
