Told me he'd sent me a quote via email which I received later that night. Was very quick to respond to my questions. He was able to schedule me first thing Monday morning, and he was communicative the whole time. He was on time, extremely professional and very kind. The job ended up being a little easier than we had thought, so he charged me less than the original quote. His prices were competitive - if not the most reasonable of the ones I got.
