We had needed some accommodations regarding when the loudest construction would take place which they respected and they even finished the project earlier than anticipated which was greatly appreciated. The only feedback we have is that we had hoped to work together to resolve a misunderstanding regarding something we needed done for the project that turned out not to be included in the original estimate, and was a little disappointed that they didn't follow up about the issue at the end of the project. We believe that if there had been a little more communication at the end of the project, their service could have been even more exceptional. What was once an uncomfortable, underutilized area is now a beautiful basement with a dedicated office, a workout space, and a much better-sized, well-organized utility room.
