I was literally in tears and incredibly upset after dealing with their email support person who treated me like a stupid person and they were openly hostile and condescending to me (I have a 30+ year career in technical engineering - I am not stupid). I cancelled the entirely of the reservation and a wonderful friend rescued me at the airport at the last minute because I had no way to get home late at night. I will never use this company again. I am very sorry to their wonderful drivers who will suffer the consequences of losing clients. This was truly among the top 10 worst email customer service experiences in my life.

Setting up the arrangements was very easy and well managed by Pat. We were picked up (and the bus was early) at 3:00 am on a Saturday. The bus was clean and our driver was friendly and we arrived at the airport ahead of schedule. When our flight home was cancelled and our bus arrangements had to be changed at the last minute the team really pulled it through for us. Rich called me in France and lined up another company to pick us up since we had to change the date of our return. I was so relieved that my students would be returned home to their parents and that I didn't have to arrange carpools home. This company truly saved our trip. A Wonderful Paris Girls Trip Experience from Start to Finish!…read more I recently returned from an amazing girls' trip to Paris, and I have Stacey at First Class Service Travel to thank for making it such a wonderful experience. From the moment we left SFO, Stacey had everything organized. When we arrived in Paris, our transportation was waiting for us, and she also arranged our transportation back to the airport at the end of our trip. Having all of those details taken care of made traveling so much easier and allowed us to simply enjoy ourselves. The tours were fantastic, the Louvre, Palace of Versailles, the Opera House, lunch at the Eiffel Tower, and a wonderful food tour. We also had some great restaurant and café experiences with the group, and plenty of time to walk around Paris, shop, and take in the beauty of the city. Stacey was an exceptional tour guide as well. The Hôtel du Louvre was absolutely beautiful. Our room was very well kept, and the staff at the hotel bar were exceptional -- friendly, attentive, and just wonderful. Paris was truly unforgettable, and having Stacey handle the planning made the entire trip feel seamless and stress-free. Patrick was helpful and responsive when I booked the shuttle service. His pricing and flexibility presented far outshined other shuttle services. I misunderstood the cancellation policy outlined on the contract. I did attempt to clarify prior to signing, however the wording was misunderstood by both parties. When I tried to cancel within the timeframe I thought was acceptable, I was informed I was outside the cancel window. Patrick did try to work with me and said he would provide me the refund regardless. However the refund never came. I reached out via phone call, text, and email countless times. Patrick was responsive in the beginning and assured me the refund would come. After months of this, Patrick stopped responding to me. While this was outside of contractual agreement, Patrick showed himself to not be a man of his word. Instead of telling me no, he made an empty verbal promise which he never followed through with.

I went in already knowing what flights I wanted and where I wanted to stay...how hard was this for her to book... well let me tell you about the colossal error she made in booking my trip. I flew into Panama City and out to Bocas Del Toro on the first day. I was then SUPPOSED to fly out of Bocas and into Panama City at the end of my trip to spend a day and a 1/2 exploring the city before heading back to the states. First of all, she changed the flight from the morning to the afternoon (there are only 2 flights a day), from the quote to the booking, Taking away a good portion of my trip to Panama City. But to make matters even worse.... SHE BOOKED MY RETURN TICKET FROM BOCAS TO PANAMA CITY FOR THE WRONG DATE! (I was there in February and my ticket was booked for March!) On my itinerary, it was the correct date, but when I arrived at the Bocas airport, they showed me that it was booked for a different date and told me I couldn't fly out until the next day. I had to run around trying to find a hotel room and changed my flights. I got the last hotel room in Bocas (it is the size of a single street). Then upon my return, she argued with me over paying for the hotel room. Saying that it was too much and I must have charged food to my room (AS IF I COULD HAVE). I also booked drivers thru her and didn't utilize one of my drivers (DUE TO HER ERROR) and she refused to refund that money also. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH ALMA! SHE HAS PROVEN TO ME TO BE INCOMPETENT AND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS!

Due to tropical storm Bill, we were stuck in Houston for 3 days due to United cancelled flights to Costa Rica. I was in contact with my travel agent who was in contact with Alma. They did everything to change the transfers, hotels in a never ending few days of constant changes. Even once in CR, they worked with the resort to extend our stay a couple of days. They worked with the other resort to change dates. Once we were in Puerto Viejo, we learned once again Mother Nature was at it and there was a storm that caused a landslide. We were a 5 hour car trip from the airport. We requested the time be changed to leave earlier and once again, it came through. We are very pleased with the service we received from not only our agent but from Alama and Eco. We are planning on going back and I will not hesitate to use them again.
