Are his workouts challenging? Always. Are they fun? Absolutely. Joe pushes me to be my best and get the most out of me each time we train. But he also knows my limitations and never pushes me more than I can take. I always feel refreshed and invigorated when we get done. WholeBeing is the real deal... he not only addresses your physical self, but your mental and spiritual needs as well. He looks at the whole person to see what you need to reach your goals. He has helped me to stay competitive at an older age (over 50) and tailored my workouts to fit my interests (competitive mountain biking).     I was referred by my internist to Holly's Pilates Village about 18 months ago in response to my…read moreworsening osteoporosis. My internist recommended the Bone Strong Pilates program, because she knew patients whose bone density had increased significantly because of participation in the Bone Strong program. It's too early to know if my bone density has improved. My next Dexa scan will be in June 2022. But I can attest to the other benefits of Holly's Pilates! I had never practiced Pilates before. But I am now a Pilates convert. I practice three times a week with three different instructors: 2 private sessions and 1 class. With each instructor I learn something different that enhances my Pilates practice. I am definitely stronger, fitter, and more flexible. Also I am sleeping better and overall have more energy and joy. Whatever my Dexa scan results show next summer, I will continue my Pilates regimen because it has greatly enhanced my life. Any improvement in my bone density, which I do expect, will be icing on the cake. I recommend Holly's Pilates Village enthusiastically and without reservation, whether or not you have osteoporosis.
