I even called the day of to confirm! Seeing as though the cab was just for me, someone decided it wasn't important to tell me that the cab was going to be almost TWO HOURS late. Keep in mind that I was scheduled to be dropped off at O'hare. My trip was to London and if I had been a couple minutes later, I would have missed it. In the midst of figuring out what the heck was going on/why I was still wasn't being picked up, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I was eventually told to get a cab....when it was already a Friday night....then I was called back and told never mind and that someone would be there soon. When I was finally picked up, the driver had to drive like we were being chased by the cops. This was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Granted, the owner did offer me 'a free ride'...but if I ever claim that, will I have to make sure to tell them 3 o' clock, so they at least show up at 5? Do not advise if you're traveling alone..or are younger. Your business isn't too important to them.

Often time these small outfits can & will cut corners. Some are often under-insured and such. The shuttle showed up on time. The driver, Reuben, had to park far away from Soldier Field (Shedd Aquarium parking lot), which was a hike. My friend and I are older, walk slowly, and worried out loud to the driver about making it back within a half hour after the concert. So Reuben made sure I had his own cell phone number and said to call him if we were slow walking back, had trouble finding the shuttle, or were otherwise delayed. we weren't quite the last ones back but Reuben "called roll" to make sure that everyone had gotten on the shuttle before binging us back to the several hotels on Wacker Drive where he'd picked us up. I continued to utilize Dinkar for my work airport trips and he was always a phone call away on the weekends. Since then, hes worked his way up in this industry and now owns his own company. I cant say enough good things about him and how dependent and fabulous he is as a person. We've stayed in touch all these years and hes has always gone out of his way to help me out especially when I've needed transportation during crazy times (think music festivals or insane weather even long distance!).
