I first met Augustin as an Uber Black Car driver from O'Hare to my apartment in Lincoln Park, and I was instantly impressed by his professionalism, charisma, and compassion. Ever since that first ride, I have exclusively used Agustin and My First Limousine Services for my rides to and from the airport. His cars are immaculate, and he takes great pride in them. They are always stocked with water and magazines for browsing during the trip. He always helps me with my bags, and he is great to chat to on long rides in traffic! I have also ridden with one of his other drivers, Dong, who is also fabulous, professional, courteous, and kind. His fares are comparable (actually cheaper in some cases) than Uber Black cars that I have taken to and from the airport in the past. I contacted a number of limo services in the area to charter a limo for a few hours to take some family and friends to look at Christmas displays. In the past several months we have had occasion to use My First Limo four times. In those four trips we have had three drivers, Agustin, Jerry, and Maria. We have been in three different vehicles. ALL the drivers are on-time or early. They are neat, clean, polite and very professional. They are all good drivers. When getting picked up at O'Hare they are there within minutes of my texting them saying we have our bags. ALL the vehicles are immaculate inside and out. Absolutely amazing! Family owned business which we love to support. Always arrives on time, drives cautiously but gets us on time. Owner very patient and kind! My husband and I have used their stretch limo with a larger group, SUV, and regular car limo. All 3 vehicles are extremely clean and well kept. You can tell the owners take pride in who they are and what they do! We use them over Uber or other airport traveling services. Just arrived at the airport after calling to book the trip last night. The car was great, there were water bottles and it was very clean and roomy. Very nice black car service, I was able to work during the ride but maybe on the way home I will have more time to chat because Augustin seems like a very friendly guy. I asked for a pickup at a certain time but he recommended leaving a little earlier due to traffic which I found helpful and a good idea since he's the expert. He is located about 8 miles from my house and the cost was reasonable, what I would expect for a trip to O'Hare. I will definitely be using this service for my return trip. I am accustomed to limo service, with my 30 years in a corporate career. Agustin is the ultimate professional - in every way. In addition to having the most comfortable, clean car, Agustin does not use those horrible Febreze plug-ins. He recognizes that they cause health issues to people with allergies (me), and he will never use them. That is very considerate. I plan to use Agustin exclusively in the future. Agustin was my Uber Black Car driver from O'Hare to downtown Chicago last night. He was very courteous, polite and professional. I appreciated that he kept me updated on where he was as Thursdays at O'Hare can be a nightmare and traffic coming through the terminals is usually pretty bad. Agustin offered me water right away which surprisingly not many do frequently anymore. Agustin's kind personality made me want to engage in conversation with him and I had a great time hearing about his family and talking about travels. I enjoyed my ride with Agustin so much that I asked for his business card to arrange for a ride directly with him the next couple of weeks. My father suddenly became ill in Texas, so we needed to take a flight out of Chicago unexpectedly the next day. This meant having someone pick us up at 3 AM for an early flight. A friend of mine referred me to Agustin Garcia. We called him the night before our flight, explained what we needed, and he was there at 2:55 AM! He was courteous, handled all of our luggage, and was a very safe driver. He picked us up in a beautiful, luxurious Suburban and got us there with plenty of time to spare. On our return trip, we simply TEXTED him the day before, gave him our flight information, and that was it. Our flight got in 25 minutes early, and Agustin knew that! He texted me as soon as we landed stating that he was ready to pick us up. This time, he was in a brand new Lincoln Continental, that was loaded. What a beautiful car, a spacious back seat and comfortable ride. He got us home safely and was very sympathetic to my father's passing. Agustin has been professional, punctual and completely flexible to my needs. His transportation is luxurious. His company is pleasant and he has great style. He is the only person I have drive me to and from the airport. Recently I was stranded in Minneapolis after a cancelled 3PM flight. I had made plans with Agustin the day before to get me. So far so good, this is part 1 of 2 of my review. All I've done with this company is schedule my rides to and from O'Hare. First off I was blown away with all the other 5-Star reviews that this company had and the reviews that were written. When I called it rang and rang and I ended up reaching a voicemail, I decided not to leave one and just send them a quick emailing requesting a call back. I'd say within 45seconds of me sending an email I got a return call from My First Limousine Services and it was Agustine. He was extremely polite on the phone, made me feel at ease and really streamlined the scheduling process. He has two vehicles a Lincoln Sedan and a GMC SUV, I believe. After scheduling the rides and pick up times I mentioned that my husband and I have golf bags which are a little over 5ft in length and I was worried they wouldn't fit in the Lincoln Sedan. He quickly stated that he would bring the SUV to ensure we had enough space and confirmed our pick up at at 4:30am! Shortly after our phone conversation (2-3minutes) he sent me an email confirmation. I am really looking forward to using them this Thursday and will be back to write my review on the actual pick up and drop off! read more

We used Augustin's services for our wedding. Augustin's wife was our driver and they were both very accommodating with our schedule and provided extremely fair pricing for the services. We needed a car to pick us up from my house prior to the wedding to take me and my husband to the ceremony site which was half an hour away. After the ceremony, we needed a car to drive us less than five miles to the reception site. There was a two hour window between the two drives. While Augustin did not have a standard pricing for what we were looking for, he was willing to make it work. We were very appreciative of the high level of customer service he provided. The car was very spacious and clean. We couldn't have been happier. Also, when I was first communicating with Augustin and asking about the quality of his cars, he offered to bring the car to me so that I could see for myself if it was to my liking for our wedding day.
