Never in my life have I been so outraged by a place or teacher. First of all picking on little…read morekids and isolating them. Let me explain I first enrolled my kids in gymnastics because they wanted to try it. I deliberately enrolled them in a class with very few kids after a couple of weeks. The teacher didn't even show up so we got pushed to join a bigger class which I was OK with because at this age it is just for fun. Honestly, after a couple more sessions, I really wasn't that happy with the class because the teacher looked overwhelmed and cannot focus on the kids. But as I was saying at an age 3 and four gymnastics is just to get some exposure. But yesterday was the most frustrating livid thing I ever experienced as a parent. Both my kids were not focusing as well as they usually do because like everybody they have good days and bad days. They weren't doing anything bad they were just being kids. At one point or another they were crying so I had to talk with them to make sure they focus for the rest of the class. At the end of class, everybody lines up and gets a sticker and a lollipop. Both my kids comes running, bawling, crying so I asked him what was wrong. They couldn't even talk. So finally my little one said the teacher didn't give us a lollipop. I thought it was a mistake so I asked a teacher and she said they didn't listen so they didn't deserve one. You do not isolate one kid and embarrass them in front of everybody in there, especially in front of other parents and kids. You give everybody one or you don't give anybody anything especially at three and four years old. Just last week a little girl pulled on my youngest daughter's hair and nothing was done, but she was also given a lollipop that day so I don't know why my kids are getting treated that way. Just the fact, the teacher haley embarrass my kids like that was just unjustified for. I hope she doesn't teach anymore. There was no apology which I'm still waiting for. I told the front desk we are done and we are quitting gymnastics. I hope other people read this and watch out for how their kids get treated.

I let it slide several times because I figured they have to be exposed to unkindness in order to grow. Well today was absolutely enough. Kate threatened my daughter with screaming at her if she continued to cough. My daughter spent the rest of her time there holding her breath in order to not cough and get an aggressive reaction from Kate. Today my daughter also decided to wear her pajama bottoms to class. Kate called her, a. 6 year old innocent child...poor and broke. What kind of person who is supposed to be trained to work with children behaves this way? Well apparently Kate and she is fully endorsed and supported by the owner, Rina Nicole Hale. I tried reaching out to her to get assurance that this would not happen to another child again and she simply ignored and blocked me. When my daughters let me know what happened I went back inside to withdraw them. Enough was enough. I was calm when speaking with the manager, Kala because she wasn't the aggressor who hurt my daughters feelings. But I was still met with aggression and hostility from Kala. She laughed in my face and tried gaslighting me. Saying no one has ever had a problem with Kate. In between loud annoyed sighs and groans she gave me the worst service. I even asked her why she was behaving that way. I asked for the owners contact information and she said, no one has time for you. I later found out Kala and the owner Rina are best friends so absolutely no disciplinary actions will take place. No customer relations will be mended. After spending so much money on this business we were met with some of the worst treatment we've ever experienced. Please save your children the heartache and save yourself the money. They are not kind people. They do not know how to treat children. They have absolutely no class. They do not know the first thing about customer service.

We have been at Empire for a little over 2 years and to say that my daughter has excelled would…read moreprobably be an understatement because she has exceeded expectations. The coaches truly coach, genuinely care, and openly communicate to the gymnasts as well as to the parents. Their priority is on safety and honing in on each gymnasts individualism, it is so beautiful to watch and be apart of. The staff is top tier, communication in this fun yet stressful environment is key and the office manager is always 2 to 10 steps ahead, it is refreshing. The parents and gymnasts are inclusive and do so many fun activities/events outside of the gym, away from gymnastics. I am so happy to have my daughter be apart of the Empire family and I recommend any and everyone to bring their children and join because this environment goes beyond gymnastics; problem solving, daily exercise, making friends (parents and kids), and learning fun new skills that can be utilized in other sports and aspects of life.

She was livid that my daughter told us things that happened at practice, saying she could no longer trust my daughter, as she expects the girls to keep secrets from their parents. They also enroll way too many kids for the number of coaches. My daughter was seriously injured when she fell from the bars when the coach walked away while he should have been spotting her. There were too many kids for the number of coaches and they had knocked the mats out from under the bar, so her fall wasn't cushioned. No coach even called us; my daughter had to call to be picked up for X-rays. (The coach made her call from the coach's phone for proof they had contacted us, but she told my daughter she didn't actually want to talk to us.). And when we arrived to take her to the ER, the head coach did not even come speak to us about the injury. Empire will take your money. But they won't keep your child's well being at the forefront. They will expect her to keep secrets, and if she gets hurt at practice, they won't take care of her. So just be warned.

Enrolling her in the little gym was one of the best things we could've done for her. She has completely come out of her shell! She is more comfortable around other kids and adults. My daughter hadn't been enrolled long and when her class had their little award ceremony,they included her as well which made me feel really good. My daughter took a picture with her teacher that day and she would never have done that before. The little gym is also teaching her new skills weekly. It is a great way for my daughter and I to bond as well. It is affordable and the staff is so friendly!

There was a sign in the door saying they would be closed Labor Day weekend 31,1,2,3. So they clearly knew this and don't know to communicate with their staff. We all ended up at Altitude Trampoline park and it was great. I was so excited to bring my son to open gym because I was a gymnast for 10 years. But this is beyond frustrating. I drove 30min to get there and waited for 25min. I won't ever waste my time there again. As you can see from the picture they clearly knew it was going to be closed.

We have been very happy at the gym, and the reason we are here is because the gym came highly recommended by many others. Many of the local high school cheer team girls come here to be on competitive teams in addition to HS cheer teams. The coaches are all very kind, encouraging, and truly motivate the girls to succeed. I am totally ecstatic because I've been wracking mah branes trying to come up with a good birthday party idea for my youngest two combined - turning 9 and 5. Zoo ? Okay, but it closes early and what if it's rainy or cold? Rock climbing? The little ones need extra help from parents who sometimes they just want to escape kid-free for a few hours! Ditto ice skating, especially for the 5-year-old contingent. Alley Cats is cool, but spendy for a combo-party quantity of kids, and the little ones will be pissed that they can't laser tag. There's a Pump It Up party just two weekends before, and copy-catting is lame. See what I mean? I'm so glad I remembered these guys! 14 kids for 1.5 hours of exhausting, coma-inducing fun starts at just $160; extras are $10 each. My 9-yr-old especially will be very happy to add horseback riding for just $50!! Crazy good bargain. They have a few other add-ons available - zipline, archery, swimming (weather permitting, obviously), indoor rock wall... dood. I SO scored. They even provide all the cups, plates, cutlery, balloons and even soda! I'm bringing Cici's (Taskmaster Aaron even suggested asking Cici's to cut it in 16 pieces instead of 8. Man's got serious experience!) from up the street and a big-ass cake from Costco. Done.
