The questionnaire made me confident and proved they wanted to learn about the dogs in advance. Once our puppy was old enough to join, I reached out to Lisa because I was concerned that Moxie was scared when meeting new dogs, especially puppies, and due to her being too young + covid, she had not met as many. I was probably more worried than necessary, but Lisa NEVER made me feel that way. She spent lots of time talking with me about a plan to make sure Moxie and I were comfortable. She had us come in the evening after most dogs had left, and she knew that the dogs that would be there were good dogs for Moxie to meet. It went very well and Lisa assured me that Moxie's behavior was normal for a puppy and nothing to cause concern. Lisa suggested a specific day for Moxie to start coming based on personality matches with the other dogs. Now Moxie goes at least once a week and sometimes three. Moxie gets very excited and I can barely stop her from jumping out of the car to get in. She has boundless energy and Dawg On It helps with that, but above all, we know Moxie is safe and happy, while we can get some work done at home! We've been through multiple trainers, including a 1 month boarding program, and all of his aggression problems have only gotten worse. Barking out of control, snapping at people and other dogs, and refusing to come when called anytime he got out of the house. Most recently, he bit a neighbor who helped catch him when he got out. We were worried we might be out of options, and were stressing daily about every interaction Helo had with other people. Marc and the team at 203k9 rebuilt our dog from the ground up. We went with the full month program, which was definitely the right call, because now we know that whether he's got a leash on or not, we're still in control. We visited Marc 3 times while he was in training, which allowed us to see the progress and learn as Helo was learning. Helo came home with the same spunky personality as before, but now we are able to quickly correct him when he starts showing any signs of losing his cool. He responds to all of our commands, even when outside without a leash on, which makes our lives way less stressful. One other great thing is that we have more 1-on-1 and group sessions coming up, both to refresh Helo's training and to give us the opportunity to ask more questions and learn new skills ourselves. Really couldn't be happier with our experience. Money very well spent, and knowing the results of "cheaper" programs, this is by far the best bang for the buck. Kathy and Mark have been walking my 2 schnauzers for over 2 years, 5 times a week. They are like family to me. They are trustworthy, reliable, kind, and caring. My dogs love them! Kathy has also stayed overnight at my home many times while I have traveled. I never ever worry when she is there. The dogs are fed properly, always have fresh clean water, are walked, loved and protected. I highly recommend their services! It is not everyday someone like Kathy and Mark come into your life, love and care for your pets as much as you do!! I don't know what I would do without them!

As sad as it is, I am left with the memory of the kind and caring way I and my kitty were treated through the years and especially on this last day. Dr. Sam, Dr. Rebecca, and their staff made the hardest decision easier to take, and now for me to live with. Very compassionate people. For them, this is a calling. At 77, I think I may not rescue another kitty but If one should find me, as has often happenned in my life, I will continue to use Westport Animal Hospital to care for my rescue. One other thing, in all the times I have boarded my cat she has always come home completely healthy, with no coughs or other issues. I love the fact that this facility is in an old house with a porch and an upstairs which I believe someone lives in because the boarded animals are not alone after hours. I grew up in Westport and this place is so homey.

They have these little gated spaces for pups to have their own chill out space while waiting to be picked up. Lila was so relaxed in her chill zone space when I walked in. She was ready to be picked up 2.5 hours later. Lila looks fantastic. She looks serious in the pictures but she was all smiles and wiggles, I was lucky to get her to sit still. Highly recommend.
