I had my appointment to renew on Jan 27 and I paid my fee of $99. The lady upfront said that it…read morewill take 2-3 hrs to put in my orders and I was ok with that. Well today (Feb 12) I went to the dispensary needing to get some supplies and I was told that there are no orders from the doctor. So I didn't have their telephone saved so I googled it and could not find them, I even had the person at the dispensary search and I know where they are located but couldn't find the number. I search all my emails and none of them has a telephone number or an address. So I drove to the office and said why there are no orders and can't get anything at the dispensary?? I was annoyed yes because this took time out of my schedule to run back and forth and I was not very nice. So the girl at the desk said that who ever put my orders didn't hit save, so it was a human error. Ok, but I am paying for a service I said and now wasting time to go back and forth and I couldn't find you on Google, why is that? she said that seemarijuanadoc cannot be used as a business name on the door. Well that doesn't make any sense at all because I am not thinking to remember the "see" part of the name, I just remembered marijuana doc that is on the door and there is no google search on them with address and telephone number. To say the least I was just more upset and annoyed because I needed to get my stuff at the dispensary and they just wasted my time and their excuse is "human error". Well that's not acceptable because I am paying for a service and I am expecting for them to do their job just like they expect me to pay them! I became more stressed out and they are there to help you, but maybe they're smoking to much weed instead of doing their jobs correctly. I understand that people can make mistakes but where does one become accountable?? If everyone has this attitude, then nothing will ever get done! You just can't rely on anything anymore.

This was by far the most amazing doctors visit I have ever had and let me tell I have had a few…read moreover the years! Dr. Carvallo and his entire staff (thanks Ladies!) were super! This place has set the bar for ALL Drs to follow. Professionalism, kindness and compassion are just a few words that come to mind. Believe me people this will be the best doctors appointment you have ever made! So what are you waiting for! Thanks Dr. Carvallo and thanks Ladies for everything. I'm a patient for life!

It was ok. Way better than the first place with phone interview that was always late at least 30…read moreminutes, and the office staff is much better also. No attitude.

The male representative on the phone threatened my life. Yeah ... WTF?…read more If zero stars was an option, that would more accurately describe my experience. I made an online Teledoc appointment to get my prescription renewed. I've had a card since the law was passed, so this process isn't new to me. After providing all of my personal information and paying the appointment, the system recognized me and I was just waiting for the doctor to appear. While waiting I received an email stating that my appointment was canceled with the reason being that I was a no-show. I did show up - early. I was waiting and their system's messaging verified that the doctor had been notified and to stand by. Upon receiving the cancellation email, I called the office to see what had happened. A man with a Caribbean or perhaps African accent answered and told me that I had to come in to the office to see the doctor. I replied by asking why a Teledoc appointment was scheduled if I was going to have to come in anyway. I asked the same question anyone would ask. I was abruptly told that my money would be refunded (pretty sure this person had no idea who I was). I explained that I wasn't interested in a refund. I explained that I just wanted to know what happened, and that I just wanted to renew my prescription. I was again told my money would be refunded and hung up on. I called back asking this man what his name was and why he kept hanging up on me. He repeated the same thing, that my money would be refunded to me and hung up again. The final time I called was initially no different than the previous calls. He again would not provide an explanation, wouldn't allow me to speak with someone else, and would not give me his name. Before he could hang up again, I stated "I'll just come in person tomorrow morning to resolve this", to which he responded "If you come down here, your life will be in danger" WHAT ??? I did not threaten this man in any way whatsoever. I did not yell, did not use profanity, nor was I abusive. I'm 60 years old. I don't threaten people or engage in exchanges like this. Of course I was aggravated, but nothing more. So now the Pasco County Sheriff's Office knows and will be investigating. The Better Business Bureau will know tomorrow, and so will the Florida Board of Medicine. This man should not be employed in any customer service capacity. If the physician who employs this person doesn't take their employee threatening someone's life seriously, then that physician is complicit and unethical. Who does what this guy did? I take no pleasure in spending my time writing this or involving law enforcement, medical boards, etc ... That said, threatening someone's life for asking questions and being persistent is beyond unacceptable and crosses the line big time. Potential patients should know about this man and the practice that would employ someone like this.
