She is all about great conversation and you don't even feel the time go by! I started with my upper lip- the laser was a little spicy but it's ten million times better now that they have this cooling machine available. I'm now getting my legs laser'd and it's totally worth it! I have dark thick hairs so even shaving you could see the black dots waiting to grow lol. So glad to be getting rid of that! Note: laser doesn't not hurt (especially as you go higher in the laser number) but this new cooling thing is awesome and you feel waaaaaay less pain! Def recommend for hair reduction. It's more expensive but worth it for sure because you get lifetime appointments.

My advice is stay away…read more Long story short................. Was referred to Dr. Perez for a suspected Actinic keratosis right in the middle of my nose. Guess what? He missed it. Wasn't until I got home, did I realize he did not treat it. So, I ended up setting another appointment with another dermatologist as the spot was biopsied to be Basil Cell Cancer. Remember, this is why I was referred to his office! How in the world could he miss it??? It gets even better............ He missed another spot on my forearm that was also biopsied, and it turned out to be Squamous Cell Cancer. Ended up seeing a third Dermatologist who performed MOHL's Surgery to remove the growth he completely missed. Believe it or not, if that isn't enough to stay away...... He was not in my network so instead of paying my normal deductible, he charged me full price as my insurance does not cover out of network physicians. My opinion is low class for not telling me my insurance was not valid at that office, also if the cancer had not been caught and spread? Not cool! Any good attorneys out there? Horrible, horrible service! First off, the intake lady spoke to me for 30 minutes about her…read moregrandkids, her this and her that. I tried my best not to be rude, but I was there for a service. She lied about a lot of things including the fact that her ladies were certified. There is no certification process right now. The state is working on it, but there is no certification at the moment. She spoke in a negative light about ofther professionals in her business (skincare); and finally...the price and various fees were absolutely ridiculous... one time fee for your first vist, and each visit there is a room fee, clean up fee, clean sheet fee...and so on and so on. Not to mention these fees were in addition to the fee for the service, which she initially told me one price, but she saw my facial expression and then she lowered it. I happily left and am seeing John on the square; a registered nurse and he is awesome. Don't waste your time or your money here!
