I found Katy (thankfully) while trying to find a stylist that could not only fix what I had (let go of) bring my hair back to life after. My hair had been through quite the processings from a prior place where it went from a stylist messing up to another stylist getting it to a place of liking but after letting it settle I had quite the grow out aka. burn out feels. Katy listen to my little hair hopes and she transformed my hair to a place of not only looking stunning but giving me the feeling of what healthy hair should feel & look like. I have fine hair but a lot of it that's always been difficult to work with, let alone cut and I get an A symmetrical hair cut that I found out is a difficult cut in it's self and requires a lot of knowledge and technique to pull off. She doesn't dry your hair or cross check her cuts much, so you have to really want a simple cut. Tried even scheduling a cut and blow dry to have more time, but that didn't work either. She's a good stylist, but I'd recommend she raise her price to $35, extend appts to 45min, and either set aside scheduling time or figure out a better way to manage the phone.
