From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in customers, staying on their phone and barely acknowledging me. There was no greeting or professionalism -- I was simply handed paperwork while they continued scrolling on Instagram or TikTok. I requested a combination Thai massage, but the technique felt extremely inexperienced. The therapist attempted back-walking for less than a minute before switching to rubbing heavily fragranced oil all over my body with little to no technique or pressure control. The entire massage felt rushed and careless. To make matters worse, the therapist kept her cell phone in her pocket the entire session, and it constantly vibrated while she was working on me. It was distracting and came across as very unprofessional. It honestly felt like she did not want to be there. The oil was so heavily fragranced that my skin became itchy afterward and felt irritated for hours. Because of how uncomfortable the experience was, I ended the massage after only 15 minutes. When I went to leave, instead of apologizing or asking what went wrong, the front desk staff started yelling across the business about how long I had been in the room so they could determine whether to charge me. Thankfully I was not charged, but the overall experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disappointing. Between the poor customer service, constant phone distractions, overpowering fragrance, and lack of proper massage technique, I would not recommend this place.

Not only that as my friend began to write 15$ she GRABBED the pen and CROSSED it out and said 1 hour is 20$ tip please change it and THEN said INITIAL IT! YES THAT REALLY HAPPENED. I was visiting family and knew I needed to get this taken care of ASAP. I looked up spas that were close by and found Refresh Massage just down the street. I booked my appointment online for the following hour. When I arrived, I was greeted by Brian (?) who said Sara would be just a moment. The lobby was very clean. They have a menu of services listed along with a note of which services they do not...it was amusing and disturbing that they needed to acknowledge these "requests." Sara came out and showed me to a clean, tidy room. I wasn't sure of which service I needed and after discussing it with her it was decided that the Focus massage would be the best. She did my neck and shoulders over a thin sheet which was not uncomfortable. Towards the end she did use some oil on my neck. She used the perfect amount of pressure for me and she was very kind. When I got back to the house, my daughter mentioned that she goes to Refresh Massage and asks for Sara...She was at work when I made the appointment so I wasn't able to consult her prior. :-) I was very pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend this spa! The massage room was clean, smelled great, and had calming music playing . The massage itself was AMAZING--deep pressure, strong hands, and incredibly relaxing. The location is in a great area and very easy to find.
